    Pros: The tools are very easy to use, there is no loss within the platform when configuring any webinar, different permissions can be assigned that help a host to carry out a good webinar without any problems during the transmission. These permissions can range from assistants, producers, speaker, etc. Therefore, depending on the needs, it may require a number of people to carry out a webinar which requires a lot of technical help from the work team. Regarding the interface, I consider it very easy to learn how each of the tools works, it has resources rich in information that show how Livestorm can be used, which can be of great use in case of not knowing very well how to apply this platform in your company.

    Customer service is very quick to provide solutions, so I consider it an efficient and useful service to be able to be guided to get the most out of this platform within the work environment. I remember the problems that I had with this platform regarding the management and implementation and all the doubts that I had at the beginning of using Livestorm, they were very kind to guide me step by step with what I needed and so I was able to use this tool as described. you should, without having trouble in the process of a webinar. In addition, the assistance is 24/7 and live, so the response time is very short, you get an answer instantly after sending a message, it seems that they are always in front of the computer to provide technical support.

I hope that Livestrom developers will focus more on offering a better service in relation to the connection with other applications.

    "Good product, terrible customer service"

    Pros: The features, especially uploading the presentation in advance and engagement features like the Q&A, are great. Easy to use for participants because no downloads are required.

    Cons: We had to buy a special enterprise package because we needed more attendees per session than standard packages. We were told we'd have an account manager and customer support. Instead, we can't get an answer from anyone over there when we have issues. We were up for renewal and the credit card had expired and no one even reached out - they just sent a sorry to see you go email. Since that, we tried to reach out to ask about upgrading our account before renewing and no one will get back to us at all. In addition, we were told staff could join as team members, so we only needed one host account, but in fact they can't and it's caused a bunch of confusion and issues. Staff still have to register with personal emails to watch our own webinars. We again reached out multiple times to customer service to try to resolve or figure out what was happening, but no one responded or they just brushed us off with a promise to look into it and ghosted us. A couple of things were misrepresented during the sales process, but nothing so much as the customer service - beware.

    Overall: The features are fine, but honestly nothing you can't get elsewhere. Not worth it for the complete lack of support. In addition, I felt they misrepresented the platform features during the sales process.

    "Simple Web Conference tool"

    Pros: There are many features I liked on Livestorm but the topmost feature is the screen-sharing option. It captures screen activity and streams in real-time. The UI/UX design is appealing in my opinion. There is a file share option to share docs with colleagues during the event.

    Cons: Its mobile app is fully unreliable. Slow streaming the user interface is outdated.

    Overall: I liked how Livestorm helps to make every meeting engaging and easy to connect. The platform is incredibly easy to use. Overall, I suggest Livestorm if you are searching for a web conferencing tool that allows a large group of people to connect and has good features.

    Pros: Livestorm is a simple and straightforward web conference and webinar product. It's easy to set up for meeting ready, easy to use, great quality of the video and audio, lots for addons and integration support, and easy to access to its cross platforms.

    Cons: The attendance management should be the third party integration.

    Overall: Everyone in my team loved this web conference and webinar product. We are using for more than 6 months, overall we get a seamless experience. It's a great platform for business meetings.

    Pros: Livestorm is an amazing tool for video conferencing and webinars. The best aspect about this platform is, it's a browser-based platform so no heavy configuration needed to set up. Its interface is pretty straightforward. The virtual meeting was seamless.

    Cons: Never had any negative experience. Loved this tool.

    Overall: Overall, Livestorm is the best tool for Webinars and virtual meetings. The interface is nice and clean. I liked it's the ease of set-up in different browsers.

    Pros: Screen recording and sharing are very useful. It offers great presentation streaming and webcasting the meeting. Live chat and voting are great features for webinars.

    Cons: As compared to other web conferencing tools, the plans are expensive and no special functionally.

    Overall: Livestorm offers a handy tool for hosting a web conference. Webcasting and presentation options work great. Easy to navigate and host meetings and webinars.
