Since that, we tried to reach out to ask about upgrading our account before renewing and no one will get back to us at all. In addition, we were told staff could join as team members, so we only needed one host account, but in fact they can't and it's caused a bunch of confusion and issues. Staff still have to register with personal emails to watch our own webinars. We again reached out multiple times to customer service to try to resolve or figure out what was happening, but no one responded or they just brushed us off with a promise to look into it and ghosted us. A couple of things were misrepresented during the sales process, but nothing so much as the customer service - beware.

Overall: The features are fine, but honestly nothing you can't get elsewhere. Not worth it for the complete lack of support. In addition, I felt they misrepresented the platform features during the sales process.

Pros: There are many features I liked on Livestorm but the topmost feature is the screen-sharing option. It captures screen activity and streams in real-time. The UI/UX design is appealing in my opinion. There is a file share option to share docs with colleagues during the event.

Cons: Its mobile app is fully unreliable. Slow streaming the user interface is outdated.
