Pros: -provides word, excel, powerpoint online with advanced capabilities
-provides a number of additional tools with it (forms, automate, etc.)
-proven to be stable, fast and reliable (even when having to reconnect)

Cons: -no effective pay-once option
-enforces everything online dependency (would be great to have fully functional offline capability!)

Overall: Office 365 is brilliant. It provides all the office capabilities online in a way that one could work completely online. With the additional tools available (either in the base subscription or through higher level subscription), it advances into a very capable collaboration platform. However, while everything is now online - it also creates a dependency, specially with outages that happen infrequently.

Pros: It's great that 365 has every application that an organization could need, from file creation programs such as word and excel, storage options like sharepoint, collaboration tools (teams) and email (outlook). Microsoft has a near monopoly on many of these applications, so it's no surprise that most users will have some degree of experience with them. Excel specifically is an incredibly robust tool that makes SO many aspects of data management simpler when used well.

Cons: Likely because Microsoft had such little competition for so long, there are a lot of clunky aspects to the programs and especially to the way the programs interact with each other. I've been both a mac and PC users over the years, and while some things are definitely more awkward on a mac, the bulk of my complaints are true on PC as well.

The interface of Teams is SO awkward and not particularly intuitive. Sharepoint is probably great but no one in my organization seems to know how to use it (or even really understand that it exists) so it is not well utilized. As much as I like excel, you can literally take entire classes in the program to understand what it can do. There are number of other applications available through 365 that I've never even really heard of. I am sure they would be useful, but Microsoft doesn't seem to make onboarding users to these systems a priority. They sell licenses to 365 either way, so they have no incentive to improve in these regards.

Similarly, Microsoft invests very little in improving the user experience, especially when compared to smaller, new organizations. As far as I am aware, Microsoft doesn't really offer much in the way of user support. On platforms such as our DAM (Widen) or data collaboration tool (Airtable), there are rich support centers and easy ways to contact their staff with questions. Microsoft does not provide these features despite the fact that they have SO many programs. While they certainly have a large help database, I find it extremely dated and more challenging to navigate. Perhaps it's unfair to compare Microsoft to these relative start ups, as it is an absolute behemoth with millions of users around the world. In most cases you can probably resolve issues by searching the internet. But I still find myself missing the well curated support portals crafted by these smaller service providers.

Overall: Microsoft is familiar to nearly everyone who has used a computer. They have an application for everything, and it would certainly be difficult to run a business without using at least some of their tools. But because it is a business that is already so dominantly successful, there is no real reason for them to focus on optimizing the user experience. They only need to do enough to stay on top.

Pros: It provides all sort of documentation support for a professional.
It is a cluster of software for each kind of document format related tools.

Cons: The trial version is not for long period.
No lite version.

Overall: It is one place solution for nearly all kind of documentation reading, editing or creating.
It has the most powerful tools.

Pros: Microsoft 365 has all the office applications available in it's bundle and the availability of all your work in the cloud makes it the best office app.

Cons: It does the job well but the price tags are high for the subscriptions.

Overall: Overall well equipped software with all the office applications and good for collaborative working too as everything is accessible through cloud.

Pros: Microsoft 365 is backbone of any office in today's technological world and provides almost every required tool needed to run routine business works.

Cons: The price is little high for business premium subscription.

Overall: Overall it is best and most used software in our routine work life and has potential to carry all the required tasks well up to the mark.

Pros: Microsoft 365 has some fantastic apps to help make your life (and your team's life) much easier! We are much more productive after using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Planner, Teams, Onedrive, and more!

Cons: There are a few kinks they are working out so that the Microsoft 365 apps sync with each other better.

Overall: Overall, we have had a great experience with Microsoft 365. I would highly recommend the Microsoft 365 applications to others!

Pros: The tools that Office 365 puts at our fingertips make working with any document format simple to achieve. Office 365 interconnects many services we already know from Microsoft's office suite, so creating a document in one of these programs and sharing it directly to another is possible. Office 365 seems to us a reasonable option to adapt documents from previous versions of Microsoft office software, getting them upgraded to the latest generation of software. Cons: Office 365 only offers us one hour of minutes to our Skype account, which is very little considering that we pay $ 10.50 per month for each employee we add to our management. They could improve the online products and add to work in a better way in offline mode because if the connection drops most likely we lose all the process achieved.

Overall: Office 365 almost runs itself with how easy it is to manage. With the integration of our mail within Office 365 everything became easy for us to use, it's amazing how well we work with this toolset. We implemented Office 365 on our basic computers for the actual handling of email and it's a marvel. Everything has been handled more smoothly and almost nothing is complex now that Office 365 is with us along the way.

Cons: Sometimes Office 365 can be extremely high compared to the prices of other software. Sometimes we also find the need to edit files, but it does not allow us to save since most of the time we need internet access to be able to optimize all the changes we make. Cons: I am no sure if it is a Mac thing or just a subscription thing , but the software takes forever to load. It can be upwards of 2-3 minutes. I have it on multiple machines and see it on every machine.

Overall: Overall it is good software. But the loading time makes me shy away. I love having all the productivity software in one place.

Pros: I love that it can bring everything in one, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, etc. I can use both the desktop version and the mobile version using the same account so I keep everything in sync with my documents and files. It has an automatic autosave, I don't need to worry about saving anything or copying it from one unit to another since it does it automatically. I can also recover files that I did not save by mistake, this has helped me a lot on several occasions.

Cons: I can't install them on somewhat old computers, I wish there was a lite version for this Microsoft platform.

Overall: It has helped me to be able to work collaboratively with my team with all the Office packages. It has also served me at home with my children and their school and university assignments. Cons: Microsoft 365 requires some finances, for successful installation, and not all firms find it easy.

Overall: Microsoft 365 allows all business activities be conducted under one roof. Furthermore, Microsoft 365 acts as a solid communication program for all the persons within and away from an organization.

Pros: Easy to use, functions well, makes all of the integrations work well together. Provides updates regularly.

Cons: There's nothing that I have complaints about for this product.
