Pros: With 4 kids in school now, there's so much going on in each of their classes! I rely on MySchoolWorx to help me stay on top of each of their homework assignments and grades. I get alerts on my phone on important things, so nothing is a surprise.

Cons: Can't think of any, to be honest. Wish I'd had this at our old school though.

Overall: This is a tool every parent needs to be informed. I use it every day and it has been a real godsend to our family.

Pros: It makes our school life so much easier! Our teachers like being able to upload lesson plans, keep track of attendance and assignments. Printing out the student report cards is great!

Cons: A few kinks to work out here and there with the attendance, like if a class only meets a few days a week, it won't allow attendance to be taken until the previous day's record has been made.

Overall: Would highly recommend for school record keeping. We appreciate the prompt, kind support from the MySchoolWorx staff.

Pros: MSW has proven to be exactly what it advertised- ease of use. It has been exactly what our school needed. The icon-based software is very easy to learn and to use. There are so many great features for schools to use to easily communicate with students, staff, and parents.
Also, I cannot speak highly enough of the MSW customer service team. They are readily available and extremely helpful.

Cons: In order to understand everything thoroughly, one must watch many videos. I found this to be a little time consuming, but at the same time helpful. The videos are always available if needed.

Overall: As a teacher of Emmanuel Christian School and an administrator of our MSW works program, I truly enjoy using this company and their product. Our school has used MSW for a year and a half and it has been very beneficial. It is thorough, easy to use, and always improving to keep up with needs and changes I recommend MSW without reservation.

-Adds that superb professional touch that our school needed.

Cons: In our first school year there was some communication with the year ending tasks that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Also, we weren't advised not to do 4 grading periods (2 is so much clearer and better) and it made if very confusing for teachers/parents.

Overall: MSW has been a life changer! Our families love having one central place to go for their students' homework, grades and other pertinent communication. The teachers benefit from the ease of all their educational "data entry" that is so accessible to their students/parents.

Pros: It is easy to use and I am able to keep great records of all the students. I love the idea of customizing my school days and our vacation/holidays.

Cons: Sometimes the program glitches a little and I have to call the help line.

Overall: It think it is good and affordable - I would recommend people looking into it for their school needs.

Pros: School enrollment comes with its own set of challenges. I’m very thankful for a program to aid in keeping all our student records organized and at my fingertips. This program allows student records to be printed for attendance, student profiles, and transcripts.

Cons: I haven’t been able to locate a ‘My School Worx for Dummies’, I haven’t located an enrollment to graduation/withdrawal step by step procedure manual. I haven’t discovered a quick way to edit attendance especially for high school. High School teachers are asking for an easier way to take daily attendance.

Overall: Overall - most My School Worx features are easy enough to figure out, realizing the information is only as accurate as the data that has been entered.

Pros: I like the great pricing for Christian schools. I also appreciate their customer support.

Cons: Notifications and messages are hard to retrieve if email has an attachment. I also find the AR hard to monitor when needing to show payment plans.

Overall: Overall, I believe we have a good product to use for our small school.

Pros: Since the first year they began the business, our school has used the management program. What I love is that they work very hard to improve features of the software. They take comments from teachers and administrators and they take them to heart. The customer service and tech support is also wonderful!

Cons: Sometimes I run across little things, but after contacting tech support I usually find out that it was something that I missed, it's not something the program didn't do.

Overall: Wonderful! From the sales to the support, all of the employees have been superb. The programmers are constantly working on more solutions for us!

Pros: MySchoolWorx is intuitive, easy to use, and affordable. We've used it since early in its development and are extremely satisfied.

Help is available 24/7, always willing to answer our questions, and responds quickly and personally.

As both the school administrator and a classroom teacher, I access MySchoolWorx almost daily and enjoy both its ease of use and its versatility.

Pricing fits our budget.

Cons: The biggest negative we have is that custom reports don't seem to save year-to-year, but are they are easy to re-do.

Overall: We are extremely satisfied and happy that we switched to MySchoolWorx!

Cons: Grades can't be transferred to or from Google Classroom
Administrators can't pause notifications to update calendars without mass updates being sent to everyone.

Overall: As a small private school of around 100 students, our faculty and families like to be in constant communication with each other. MySchoolWorx allows parents and teachers to effectively communicate with each other with built in messaging, at-a-glance grading, and calendar events.
The grading and lesson planning features are great daily tools to keep our teachers organized and on time.
The customer service has also been superb. It is rare that any issues or questions go longer than an hour without being resolved or answered.
