    Pros: The low cost entry along with the multitude of ways to engage leads on behalf of clients is a great advantage. It works for what it says. It's good for small and medium enterprise.

    Cons: Even being professional some of the tools are complex.

    Overall: It's a great tool that you should definitely try out to run a marketing campaign. it makes it handy and allows you to centrally manage your users and messaging.
