    Cons: It was difficult to link with person - there should be an easier way to this from the scan tool.

    Overall: I would recommend because person fixed the issue quickly once I could connect.

    Pros: Fast updating process, awesome results

    Cons: Subscription

    Overall: I had some performance issues that seemed to come out of nowhere, and it turned out several drivers were outdated. I tried Outbyte Driver Updater, and I was amazed by how quick and easy it was to update everything. The tool’s recommendations made it so simple to get my PC running smoothly again. I definitely think the subscription is worth it, especially for keeping everything up-to-date without hassle.

    Pros: None you will have to reprogram your computer. Don't buy, Don't Buy. Don't Buy. You will regret it !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cons: Download corrupted my computer. Can't get back into it, I work from my computer. So right now I'm losing money. I pray I don't lose all my information and I have to have it service.

    Overall: Haven't heard anything from customer service. They advertised that they are 24 hours. But I'm unable to just call. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. IT WILL COST YOU MORE TO FIX YOUR COMPUTER. DRIVERS ARE OLD AND I WANYLT MY MONEY BACK.

    Pros: Free and working.

    Cons: None.

    Overall: Tried this new Camomile app that was supposed to help keep my PC cooler and it works. While gaming my fans used to make a lot of noise on top of the computer getting extremely hot. The app has a cooling mode and when turned on I can play much more comfortably - the temperature remains normal, fans not working as intensely. It’s free, no ads, didn’t find any drawbacks so far.

    Pros: Support is extremely polite and won’t waste your time

    Cons: Cons: Software still seems confusing at times

    Overall: After the recent update of the Windows my printer suddenly stopped working for some reason. Then I’ve contacted the support they have connected to the computer remotely. Frankly, I wasn’t too comfortable with the remote access at first, cause I didn’t know what that was exactly, but the agent explained everything in detail and assured me it was okay, Thankfully, the whole problem was fixed perfectly.

    "My slow pc problem was fixed real fast"

    Pros: Result is fast and reliable.

    Cons: Got a bit confused with the subscription system.

    Overall: Started having the problem with the slowness of my PC and after several attempts to solve it myself, found the Outbyte PC Repair. Now my PC is way faster, thanks to the support. The only thing I got confused with is the subscription system, I got a bit lost there. Nevertheless, overall extremely pleasant experience.

    Overall: I received good help ultimately with good results for my Wi-Fi driver. Simon was also a good help, explaining clearly what I needed to do. I am very pleased with the assistance. A subscription for support is definitely worth it because I have basic knowledge, but these challenges go too far for me.

    Pros: I had several calls and online repair sessions. They persevered and never rushed me. Resolved each of my faults. Each module seems to be very effective and thorough.
    Pricing is competitive with their competitors for what you get.
    They had to reinstall Windows 11 a couple of times and without any of the disasters others have reported.

    Cons: Compared to other software I've tried, I didn't have any negatives.

    Overall: The customer services from the live support team via phone and their online access to my PC was amazing and heaps better than other services I have tried and cancelled.
    I consider myself reasonably computer literate but I assume none of us users are experts. Like all software you have to invest a lot of time to understand all the features. I would like the software to be more self explanatory and user friendly. But I would say Outbyte is better than most and we all want these services at minimal cost!!

    "Software is a rip-off"

    Pros: Nothing. The product is a scam. Did not honor a refund. Have used this type of product before with good results. Not Outbyte.

    Cons: Did not function. Removed in two days. Still charged for download. Tried to spread to other computers on the local network. Do not use.

    Overall: Avoid this product. Others products on the market are not invasive. Scam product that does not have money back guarantee.

    "An utter DISASTER"

    Pros: Appeared easy enough, their tech deptartment did reply to another question via email within a few hours. The pricing was OK after I initially balked and found out their pricing, and then they offered something like 50% off.

    Cons: It screwed my computer up and I had to reinstall Windows.

    Overall: Products used: Outbyte Driver Updater, Outbyte PC Repair

    I'm not a computer tech by any means. I was having trouble with my Memory Integrity being/staying off, and unable to switch on. I created a Restore Point on my own, and then tried what Microsoft recommended (of course it was the normal unhelpful advice to basically find a conflicting/bad driver, but never tells you how to find it/do it). I was not able to find anything obvious. I Googled articles and tried many things including Windows updates, looking for the bad/conflicting drivers, etc. Somewhere along the way an article said I should consider a company like Outbyte to update drivers, etc. I paid for the Driver Updater and PC Repair, and followed the instructions, and it did its thing. After the updates were complete and my computer rebooted, I got the dreaded Blue Screen that would NOT allow me to get back into my computer. For HOURS I tried everything, including using their Restore Points, removing the updates, etc but could NOT get back in, no matter what I tried. After I used their first Restore Point, my initial Restore Point I'd created didn't even show up as an option. I tried another Restore Point they created, but it did not work. I did not see any phone option to speak with anyone at Outbyte (and did not have the time to send them a message and wait who knows how long for a response). I was finally out of options due to time constraints, and ended up having to reinstall Windows. I lost 5 windows, each full of working tabs, and all my computer settings, etc. This has caused me to waste HOURS of my time (I was in the middle of an online class with a deadline), and this all was a MAJOR headache.

    "I had audio issue with my drivers"

    Cons: My laptop audio stopped working after upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 10.

    Overall: Their technician fixed my lengthy Audio problem very fast. New audio drivers were installed on my laptop. Now it is working. The speed of his help and courtesy in communication were simply amazing.

    Pros: Easy to sign up. There are no other pros in my case. Outbyte did cancel the trial subscription quickly.

    Cons: It didn't work. Not the first time or the last time when my computer crashed for good.

    Overall: Results were catastrophic. Not only did their software Not correct the one error, I got seven. Then the Outbyte tech was allowed into my computer and reloaded a new version of W-10. All the data was lost plus all the data on the backup hard disk was corrupted. The computer would no longer start. The final cost was a new computer and $2,121.11 for data recovery and countless hours to restore the computer and the repurchase of CorelDraw and the NCH editing software. At this time, the cost is going to be around $3200.00

    Pros: 0.

    Cons: Crashed my machine. Tech support tried to help by resetting my PC on 3 different occasions. Each time the PC Crashed. The last time, tech support Alan told me they'd never encountered this problem and would give me a refund. Also, he told me to take take the PC to a repair shop where Windows could be reinstalled. It cost me $154 and now I have to reinstall all my apps and hope to get back my data. I'd say I've spent at least 5 hours on chat and the phone with this company, and would suggest that you avoid this download. It didn't speed up my PC, it destroyed it.

    Overall: Awful. Three days totally wasted trying to get my PC running after the download. And after all that, the Program has been removed. If you don't have time to waste, AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

    Pros: Updated drivers.

    Cons: Too many popups.

    Overall: Was impressed by the Driver Updater performance - scan was quick, new drivers installed with no extra effort, plus the system was checked and some additional tweaks offered. It took a minute to find where installed drivers were listed though, beside this I’m happy.

    Pros: Very comprehensive toolset.

    Cons: Privacy protection can’t replace antivirus.

    Overall: The app turned out to be a great help with the most resource hungry apps. It gives a real boost for chosen programs, clears up junk, warns about unsafe sites and plenty more. The support is always available through convenient built-in chat.

    "Quality and affordable service"

    Pros: Did not quite expect tech support to be so friendly.

    Cons: Scanned data is hard to read.

    Overall: Had a pleasant experience with PC Repair program. The installation was absolutely simple, the scan showed problems that I suspected I had, offered fixes and settings tweaks that I find very useful. There was still a dll problem, I contacted their support for help and they fixed it too, in a matter of some 15 minutes! Very good experience indeed.
