    "Great product for real-time analytics "

    Pros: PI is easy to use, at par with Mixpanel and Google Analytics and also it's not heavy on pockets. Running A/B tests and campaign management has been easier.

    Cons: For me, it's working great. No cons as such just the website can be improved.

    Overall: Overall my experience is good. You can define your queries easily and create insightful visualization at less cost.

    "Super easy and impactful user journey tool"

    Pros: Percept Insight opened our eyes to many inefficiencies that existed in our product flows.
    Not only that it helped with understanding which UTM sources were the most effective and basis that allowed us to optimise our use cases.
    I have not come across any other tool that completes the user journey and re-engagement and such minimal costs. Highly recommended.

    Cons: They can polish the UI a little bit more.
    Also the haptics and the info titles are a little scruffy. Please look into those.

    Overall: This tool helped in getting our retention rates up by almost 4% and gave us insights into certain mobile phones for which we weren't optimised.
    We were able to increase our overall conversions by quite a bit as a result. Well done percept insight, keep going!
