Pros: RealEstateAPI has excellent documentation, and a responsive support team which makes it very easy to use the product.

The API provides comprehensive fundamental real estate info. The data is up to date and accurate, making it easy to build useful products.

The convenience of saved and scheduled searches as well as property value estimates is great for quickly building meaningful products that deliver actionable insights.

Cons: The tools for monitoring usage and managing an account could be more robust. Pricing could be more transparent up front.

Overall: This is a powerful data api that offers good value and convenience. I will happily continue to use it to build real estate products in the future.

Pros: - Rich data

- Lukas provided great consulting so that we could optimize the solution

Cons: Whenever I got stuck, I was provided an alternate solution both with selecting the right product and using the API. So none really.

Overall: Very happy with the product, API, and the consultancy I received in being able to use it successfully within my own product. I highly recommend.

Pros: Developer-friendly documentation and quick setup. Fast and reliable service 99% of the time. payload has definitely better and more reliable attributes to enable fast querying.

Cons: MLS pulls can be delayed at times, and school rankings are inconsistent.

Overall: Good service and the best in the market compared to other leading developer api service providers in the prop-tech space.

Pros: Very easy to navigate and call the API, responses are very thorough and well detailed which makes it very easy to navigate. Support team are amazing, very quick and effective responses

Cons: Only thing I would recommend is adding more looms/videos in certain parts of the docs explaining the more advanced features or parameters for the API

Overall: Would definitely recommend using this, one of the best if not the best Real Estate APIs I have tested out.

Pros: As a web solutions provider, we built a client site that needed access to live real estate data. After researching data providers, we chose REAPI and was able to fully integrate REAPI into the web application in a matter of hours. The API design is intuitive and responsive. The client website serves 10 states and the data has been reliable and useful. Great support from Lukas.

Cons: The only issue we found was that local school rankings in certain areas were missing or not consistent with other sources, but we were told this was in the works to be improved.

Overall: Working with REAPI has been a great experience for our client's real estate application. Integration was fast, performance is reliable, and support was responsive. We would absolutely recommend REAPI for your real estate data needs.

Pros: Easy integration - quick and straightforward. Their support is fantastic (we worked with Lukas who was very responsive). The approval process for the MLS was super quick as well.

Pros: -setup was around 30 minutes (as long as you're aware of what you're looking for and have pre-mapped to your CRM. For us it's HubSpot.
-we reviewed the estimated home value and 9/10 it was within a few thousands of dollars from Zillow's Zestimate.
-Lukas (our rep) was very transparent and quick to respond

Cons: The only cons I saw were things outside of their control and not necessarily their product, like lacking individual financial information. This would have been good but I understand why they don't offer that.

Pros: One thing that stood out immediately was how intuitive the API is. Our developers picked it up quickly.

The documentation was surprisingly easy to follow. It clearly explained each endpoint and provided useful examples, which made integration faster than expected.

Anytime we've had questions Lukas responded quickly and jumped on a call to help.

Cons: - Documentation could be further improved, especially on the fields in the response, the more details, the better.

Overall: One could easily hook up with REAPI within a couple of days and the data starts flowing. One stop shopping for national real estate data coverage.

Pros: We've compared this API w ATTOM, RentCast, RedFin and Zillow. RE API easily provides the most comprehensive suite of MLS, Property Search APIs and data sets. There's also many Quality of Life aspects to their API such as credit free ID look ups. The level of detail in the provided response objects is very useful for our start up and gives us most bang for our buck to power our product.

Cons: Some of the docs can better describe the deeply nested response objects but support has been very timely to clear up any specifics while they improve docs.

Overall: We've had such great support in our integration journey w RE API. Lukas provides timely answers to very low level API specs and best practices that prove to be accurate and useful. This is rare in any industry but so exceptional to have in the RE space.

There's many angles and ways start ups can make valuable use of RE API as we've seem ourselves. It's been letting us go deep and wide at the same time and cross reference so many data points through 1 provider.

Pros: Outstanding Support: Lukas has gone above and beyond to help us navigate our project, providing quick and insightful guidance at every step.
Ease of Use: REAPI’s offering is incredibly user-friendly, making integration smooth and efficient.
Flexibility: The REAPI team has been exceptionally accommodating, working with us to tailor solutions to our needs.

Cons: The only challenge—which is not REAPI’s fault—is the complexity of obtaining MLS access. It would be amazing if there were a more streamlined way to get approval without needing every MLS’s individual sign-off.

Overall: Lukas and the REAPI team have set the gold standard for customer support. If we could give a 6-star review, we absolutely would! Their platform is powerful, their approach is flexible, and their support has been invaluable to our project. Highly recommend!

Overall: When we were doing RnD for our PropTech startup at Dispo Genius there were so many options on the market for real estate property data APIs, like ATTOM, Melissa, and many others.
We were looking for an API solution that fit the following categories:

REAPI hit all of these criteria perfectly. Plus their team is especially easy to work with. S/O to Lukas! He’s being amazingly helpful. Even brainstorming with us on possible setups. I give REAPI a 11/10!

Pros: We integrated REAPI’s Property Detail and Property Search endpoints into our SaaS based system, and the experience has been seamless. The APIs are well-documented and easy to work with, making integration straightforward without unnecessary complexity. The pricing is also very competitive compared to other providers, and we’ve found the data accuracy to be highly reliable. What really stands out, though, is their support team. They’re always available, incredibly responsive, and go beyond just technical assistance—they actually helped us navigate and choose the best approach for our business workflows, which made a huge difference. Overall, it’s been a smooth and valuable addition to our platform.

Cons: Auto-Complete could Be Improved. The additional data points like latitude/longitude for zips, states, cities, and counties are not available at the moment similar to what Google Places offers. But good side is that it's unlimited to use.

Overall: REAPI has significantly streamlined our property search and retrieval process, helping us deliver accurate data to our users. It is a must-have API for anyone in the real estate industry looking for a scalable and efficient property data solution.

Pros: Working with experts seamlessly to integrate the REAPI data to make our leads better.

It's been great to be able to select which fields we need / don't need, and even after we manually verified a certain subset of fields we found that REAPI was incredibly accurate.

Cons: Nothing. The only hiccup we had was initially integrating with our lead form, and Lukas had no problem hopping on with our provider and resolving that.

Overall: Fantastic. Working with the team has been a breeze. Vince was great on the offset, and Lukas is incredibly intelligent & responsive.
