Pros: Restro ERP is best in managing Restaurants, Hotels, Café, Dining area and Other outlets from a single point of control. It provide POS, hardware & system to interlink each processes. It helps in revenue generation, reduce the errors in billing, ordering etc. The various reports helps in taking the right decisions at right time.

Cons: Backend is technical and need to interlink with related hardware's like POS , handheld etc. A small training is only provided by RestroERP initially covers maximum of the features.

Overall: Overall, RestroERP manage the restaurant business at its best. Either for taking orders, billing, inventory management, room details, allotment etc. It all modules are connected with each other hence customer details has to be entered o e time only. Customer notification are also available.

Pros: The cloud storage feature has made my data safe and more accessible from anywhere.

Cons: When I purchased this software there is no facility for mobile reporting. But now they update the system and now I can see all reports on mobile.

Overall: RestroERP efficiently manages my restaurant business, it keeps all the customer billing records, employee salary, a stock purchased, payments, and financial records secured from unauthorized access. It generates quick analyzed reports and keeps all the data sorted.

Pros: Services and support are really good. I had asked for the support even after their office timings and they helped me out. Thanks.

Cons: No problem with the software. support is also there for any issue. They properly train my employees for operating software.

Overall: What I love about RestroERP software is that it works very well on both Online and Offline versions. I can easily manage my multiple Restaurant outlets, record billing with every detail, which gets uploaded on the Cloud storage safely and I can view these reports from anywhere in the world.

Pros: SMS integration feature is cool, I get Instant alerts of each and every transactions on my Mobile Number.

Cons: It will more convenient to operate if it has Android app.

Overall: I feel relaxed after installing RestroERP software for my restaurant, all the customer details, employee salaries, billing, payments are recorded with accuracy. I can easily connect with my customers using SMS integration feature and update my customers about the special offers, festive discounts and coupons by sending bulk SMS.

Pros: POS Feature of RestroERP I like the most. It helped me to speedup checkout process in my business operation.

Cons: In earlier time I was unable checkout consumers due to so much crowd, Now it becomes so sorted and easy.

Overall: Restaurant management software RestroERP simplified my work. I can now easily record the customer details, billings and calculate discounts to be offered to the customers based on the number of visits.
