One of the standout aspects of SDSManager is their responsive and helpful customer service. Any questions we've had were addressed quickly and thoroughly, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting their users.Cons: One area where there's room for improvement is the AI interface that handles notifications and updates for new or revised SDSs. We've noticed that it occasionally generates false notifications, flagging documents that haven’t actually changed or are not relevant.
While this doesn't significantly hinder our workflow, it does require some manual verification, which can be time-consuming.Overall: Overall, I would highly recommend SDSManager to any organization looking for an efficient and reliable SDS management solution. Pros: Easy to use. Saves a rain forest worth of paper. We are able to find any chemical at any given time if needed. This has been a godsend for audits.
Cons: None.
Overall: We will never go back to the old SDS Binder days. The SDS QR code and database is simply amazing.
