Supports any Linux type like SUSE / REDHAT / UBUNTU / CENTOS or name any Linux variant.Cons: service could be better. Since the SLA is only for initial response, unless otherwise you purchase professional service.
Overall: One of the all in one tools which can support any type of Linux for patching and automation with better pricing.
