Pros: Our clients like the fact that they can sign into their account to retrieve their paperwork - no more hunting for paper copies, or trying to find an email they received months ago.

Cons: We rely on the support team to resolve day to day queries and make changes to our scheme, so would like to see a wider selection of targeted training courses available that could boost our knowledge of how to make these changes ourselves.

Overall: A system that is straightforward to use, and excellent after sales care - nothing is too much trouble.

Pros: I have had the pleasure of working with the amazing team at SchemeServe. The platform is intuitive and the Wunderwriters provide outstanding support.

Cons: I found it difficult to learn all the functions at first but SchemeServe have provided excellent training for us to help with this.

Overall: SchemeServe is an Insurtech platform that so far we have been unable to find a comparison for, because the quality of the product and the knowledgeability of the Wunderwriting team does not exist elsewhere

Pros: No problem too big or small, we have thoroughly enjoyed working with SchemeServe! Can definitely recommend.

Cons: We had trouble finding SchemeServe at first, but there have been serious improvements to their market presence now.

Overall: I think any broker still using a manual quotation service or anyone affected by footfall loss in the last year would do well to give SchemeServe a try.

Cons: The accounting took a lot of training to understand but is a powerful tool once you get the hang of it

Cons: It was difficult at first to get to grips with the software, however SchemeServe now offer fantastic user training to make things understandable and maximise potential.

Overall: SchemeServe is an incredible product in the Insurtech market. We'd been skeptical about going digital but the experience we've had here has been educational and pleasant!

Pros: What a warm and friendly lot work at SchemeServe! If I ever have any questions the support team are approachable and really understand what I want to accomplish, which means they get it right first time!

Cons: Setting up the accounting was not as straightforward as we'd have liked but looking a lot better now.

Overall: Do not let the low price fool you - this product offers more value for money and a better platform than anything we've found out there!

Pros: Extremely satisfied with the level of support the Wunderwriters provide. Things are resolved quickly and updates are also well-communicated.

Cons: Difficult at the start to find the right provider, just due to market presence but this is improving.

Overall: SchemeServe is a SaaS which has revolutionised our entire infrastructure as a broker. It's now simple and flexible to run an online brokerage!

Pros: SchemeServe is a well-run, professional SaaS provider. They have helped to transform our business and their current growth is of no surprise.

Cons: It was hard to find providers when we were looking and fortunately SchemeServe were recommended to us, though now we can see their market presence is much stronger.

Overall: SchemeServe provides an Insurtech platform that is years ahead of the competition. The value for money and service are also excellent.

Pros: Professional, reliable and knowledgeable staff. Never any issues too complex and things are communicated brilliantly.

Cons: It was difficult at first to find the right provider as they didn't stand out, thankfully there have been real marketing developments as of late.

Overall: SchemeServe is an outstanding platform that capably automates and simplifies our underwriting needs.

Pros: SchemeServe have already anticipated the market changes and challenges as the world goes digital - this company does a lot of work to "Future-proof" itself!

Cons: It is honestly hard to say as we have no complaints. Possibly having known about the product earlier on would have saved us even more time and money!

Overall: SchemeServe are pioneers in these challenging times. Whilst much of the market has been adversely affected over the past year, SchemeServe have empowered us to keep with the times and flourish through the changes!

Pros: Never been disappointed with the results I get using SchemeServe. They are the real deal for Brokers.

Cons: Sometimes takes a while to understand the system, but that's why they have experienced Wunderwriters that are able to find solutions and also give guidance!

Overall: We moved to SchemeServe because we had a need for much greater scalability on our products. We have never been disappointed!

Pros: Everything is done with a goal or a benefit in mind. There is no filler, no waffling and no hot air. This is a great thing as no time or money is wasted on superficial or poorly-designed products/updates, everything works as intended and to the benefit of the customer.

Cons: I'd been looking into switching to SchemeServe for a long time, and sincerely regret that I hadn't done so years ago!

Overall: It used to take a long time and a lot of frustration with our old provider to get issues resolved or even get a response. Thankfully, this is definitely not the case at SchemeServe! I cannot fault the level of service they provide, very happy!

Pros: Excellent communication and response times. The Wunderwriters really know their product and deliver a fantastic service.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say about SchemeServe, it has been a really positive experience so far!

Overall: I cannot rate SchemeServe highly enough. They have addressed every issue or query we've had and delivered on their promises every step of the way.

Pros: Customisable Schemes built to fit our business, rather than trying to find something to fit us. And the friendliest team!

Cons: There is nothing to not like. I've found the team to be brilliant - they solved all of our problems overnight.

Overall: Fantastic. And any teething issues were ironed out immediately. Cannot fault this company at all, and would recommend to anyone who will listen!

Pros: The insurance and IT knowledge the guys at SchemeServe possess is incredible. It allows them to really understand what the product needs to do.

Cons: I would be hard-pressed to find anything I would consider a downside to what SchemeServe offer.

Overall: Value for money is excellent; the level of Obsessive Support is unrivalled and the product is in a class of it's own - there is nothing on the market like this!

Pros: The SchemeServe software has been invaluable to me over the last few years. Suited for Brokers and MGAs to write a wide variety of business, I have found they have a solution to every problem and make you feel like you're the only customer in the world.

Cons: Some issues still require updates to fix minor page errors, but even these are resolved effectively through regular update rollouts.

Overall: I originally came to SchemeServe with a very rudimentary system for writing business. Since then the way of working has been transformed and I haven't looked back!

Pros: Staff are knowledgeable and very quick to respond with effective solutions to any issue. Very happy with the service!

Cons: It is difficult to find comparable pricing, but that's because there is no product quite like this one!

Overall: The fact that many of the Wunderwriting team have extensive experience in the insurance industry allows them to really know our needs and find a suitable outcome.
