Pros: Easy and efficient to use. Relatively easy to set up. We are using the accounting, HR, and payroll features.

Cons: No cons so far. We are using the accounting, human resource, and payroll modules.

Overall: Easy and efficient to use. Relatively easy to set up. When we've had a few issues, their support team is prompt and efficient at resolving them.

I highly recommend the software.

Pros: Beginner friendly, easy to navigate the site, easy to fix mistakes and LOVE the free learning tools to help setup different aspects.

Cons: Wish i could take an entire course on sage accounting, fee isn't a one fee for everything , you do have to pay for extras like payroll.

Overall: It has been easy to setup and use, i am excited to use some of the learning tools to better utilize all the features.

Pros: Sage HR does the job well. Great technical support and lots of training videos. The process of sending the journals into your accounting system is easy and seamless.

Cons: Can’t figure out how to use timesheets yet. I need to bill clients but difficult to set up or can we???? I shall research.

Overall: Overall good product so far except for billable time. Payroll function easy to use. I do recommend this product.

Pros: Major plus: includes Quebec Payroll, which was surprisingly difficult to find. I like that you can go back and correct a payroll run.

Cons: There is a learning curve, even with all the help files, especially since I have never used a payroll software before. For now, I put Ease as just ok because I am not yet comfortable with all the functions.

I have to get over the fear of losing all my information since all of this is on the cloud.

Overall: This is my first time using a payroll software and I'm impressed with all the information and reports available. It makes my life so much easier in that I don't have to hunt down deductions on the CRA and Rev Qc websites.

Pros: Time off module helps track staff offs way easier than Excel sheet when there are less than certain number of staff for the company, easy to follow screens.

Cons: Price for timesheet is more than what we would pay for other software.

Overall: Fair but there are certain areas can be improved such as downloading reports in Excel and linkage to CRA.

Pros: Nothing but good to say for the platform. Very straight forward. Makes life a lot easier. Easy to navigate and use.

Cons: There's not much that can be improved. However one thing that I would like is a profit percentage displayed when making invoices.

Overall: Overall, since I began using this service I have saved so much time with paper work. It now takes me a fraction of the effort.

Pros: Sage HR has been a great benefit for our organization. It is extremely user-friendly and easy to learn.

Cons: There are only 3 trainings from sage HR. I feel like it doesn't even touch on all it can do and rely a lot on yourself for learning the system. There are not a whole lot of resources for training on the web either. I think additional training/videos going in more detail would be helpful.

Overall: Everyone I have worked with at Sage HR has been very nice and helpful.

Pros: SAGE HR gives us the option to allow our employees to keep up to date with all of their addresses, tax information, PTO. Amazing, and powerful resource for us.

Cons: Nothing. So far it is worked wonderfully and the customer support has been great.

Pros: I've been using Sage for basic HR and for Payroll and I love how easy it was to learn.
They have a great support when you need it and many questions and answers that you can find on the program to help you.

Cons: I don't know if I have any cons at the moment, I haven't been using this program very long yet.

It's very fair priced compared to other programs, easy to learn and use.

Pros: It looked impressive at first glance but after we started to enter data we run through many difficulties that turned to be a nightmare at the end.

Cons: The whole program is extremely complicated and not friendly user which caused us an extreme stress to prepare the payroll.

Overall: It is very complicated to use and I did not like it, and what was more frustrating is the lack of telephone support.

Pros: Love Sage HR! It is easy to use. Keeping track of hours, holidays and pay is simple. Also, if a mistake is made you can quickly change it and edit. I also like that you can include Comments with your weekly or daily time sheets.

Cons: The only thing I have not figured out how to do is change my password. I think it would be helpful for there to be an option to do so.

Overall: Overall I enjoy using Sage HR and like the features that are included with it. I would recommend the program to others.

Pros: I have been using Sage HR for a few months now and I am very satisfied with their service and customer support. Sage HR is a cloud-based HR software that helps me manage my employees' data, leave requests, timesheets, performance reviews, and expenses. It is very easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. The software automates many tedious tasks and saves me a lot of time and hassle.

Cons: The customer support of Sage HR is also excellent. Whenever I have a question or an issue, I can contact them via phone, email, or chat and they always respond quickly and professionally. They are very helpful and friendly and they always try to solve my problems as soon as possible. They also provide regular updates and new features to improve the software.

Overall: I would highly recommend Sage HR to any small or medium-sized business that needs a simple and affordable HR solution. Sage HR is a great tool that helps me streamline my HR processes and engage my employees better. It is one of the best HR software I have ever used.

Pros: Sage HR was user friendly with a lot of useful features. It solved a lot of our problems. The customer service was excellent.

Cons: Inability to accrue sick hours as we needed. Inconsistent settings with hours and days. We were trying to set-up policies based on hours but the system sometimes allowed it and other times required to be set by days.

Overall: Loved working with the implementation team. Set-up was easy and straightforward. The price point was excellent.

Pros: If you make a mistake you can go back and fix it no problem. Very easy to setup your information and do your payroll with ease.

Cons: I had to figure out how to use the program first before I could add in the information.

Overall: Overall, it is a good program, and once you are used to it, you will love it. You can have your payroll done in no time.

Pros: Great tracking and ease of navigation through the site. The training tab is cool because it allows me to create and schedule trainings for future classes, invite employees, and notify me and my team all in one program.

Cons: Hard to figure out how to create or update documents, hopefully with the help of my HR team the app will start to become more familiar. I think a Zoom call to go over some of the features would be useful.

Overall: Overall seems like a good program that we can use to better manage files and employee certifications.

Pros: Can opt-in or out of certain features, to make the HRIS as well-rounded as you need it to be (& adjust pricing).

Cons: The timesheets features is on the more complex side to set up, especially in an international environment. Definitely needed the help of the team here.

Overall: Sage HR's biggest selling point lies in its customizable features (opt-in or out). If you're looking to move away from spreadsheets and handle all people operations in one place, SageHR is the right tool.

Now I can track all transactions.
We have been using a paper/pencil method and now we can do it all using sage.
verification of checks and balances are at our fingertips, no waiting for bank statements and tracking accounts is so much faster.
This makes us more efficient and accuracy is key to our reports to shareholders.

Cons: So far I have not found any. I have only been using it less than a week.

Overall: It is great.
This allows me to actually track our business and is a far cry from our antiquated system we used.
