    Pros: I have been impressed by the way in which Sage Intacct is very flexible with its users and also allows for scalability throughout its use, which is why it has become my preferred platform to be able to handle accounting easily and without complications making as few errors as possible. This platform allows to a large extent to process the data and the reports that I have created based on the needs that I have, plus I can customize the reports created through its panel without requiring so much effort or knowledge. The interface is so simple to use that I have been able to have a better workflow, and in addition to being able to create boards, create the necessary dimensions for better workflows and also create formulas or strategies that can be adapted to my work. and the objectives that I need to meet based on the business where I am. Another thing about this section is that I can also change everything and start from scratch, being able to easily customize a kind of workspace or modules to better adapt to the changes that are made in my environment to my work and its growth.

    The report generation is very complete and as I mentioned before it is customizable in relation to what I need to generate. The report generation function is very successful, and it is also done in real time as soon as each client's account has a change, this will have an overview automatically at the moment in detail of all the accounting of the accounts that I manage. In addition, all the content of the reports is very complete and also easy to read, so I can go into detail about each transaction with a few clicks on the dashboard of this platform. I can manage the entire financial statement of the company in a single panel, and these can be consolidated, which can even include any conversions made in transactions with other currencies, making everything more orderly and clearer when I can "centralize" everything in the same currency, this is essential for me because I manage clients from different countries which accept transactions of a large number of currencies from different banks throughout the world.

    Cons: Sage Intacct is not without its things that I don't like about this platform, there are certain things that I can defiantly achieve or just don't like.

    One of those things is the very little integration that you have with third-party applications. Although it has the ability to integrate with a large part of the platforms that I use and that in a certain way helps me optimize my processes, and also prevents certain data from being duplicated when importing data, it does not mean that not all the integrations work correctly or that they are as faithful to the connections that the original API of the external sites allow to make with their platform. A serious example of this that I should be looking at by now is sharing expense information that I have on platforms like Expensify, as this doesn't link as the API isn't handled correctly with Expensify because of how it's built, so I have two options: Manually enter the data I manage in Expensify taking into account that I can make duplication errors, find a programmer who correctly handles the API of both platforms and connect them to each other or use an intermediary platform that contains "no-code "to be able to connect both platforms to each other and to be able to share data correctly so that data can be sent from Expensify to Sage Intacct in bulk and stored in the right place for good accounting.

    Another thing that happens to me similar to the one I just mentioned with Expensify is the adjustments that have to be made to the balances of accounts payable as well as accounts receivable. This is annoying because it does not automatically update the balances that are arriving from external platforms, so if I do not make these modifications manually, I will have my accounting out of control causing a big problem in my work since I would have to start everything from scratch to find the fault. One "workaround" that I have been able to apply while using this tool to manage accounts is to redo everything manually when it comes to a lot of outdated data, making it take a long time to check all the records in order to have a clean and orderly account. free of errors so that not a penny is missing. I hope that the development team of Sage Intacct dedicates more to this inconvenience because what I want in an application of this type is to be able to have better accounting and that everything is automated, without having errors and without having to make manual entries either. in records when everything can be processed automatically.

    Overall: Thanks to the fact that this platform is based on the cloud, I don't have to worry about having to manage both a platform for accounting management as well as storage and backups. Sage Intacct has saved me a lot of work at various points or perspectives that I now have more time to spend on my assigned tasks within my job, so I only have to add little information or correct certain accounts when needed, of everything else I just have to generate the reports and verify that everything is correct with the accounts.

    This platform handles financial scenarios that can be so complicated even for a small business quite well, so the intuitiveness of its interface makes the job easier for any user, making it easy to navigate, in case of doubt the support team is very responsive and has helped me on several occasions when I have had a question or problem in the past.
