Pros: Amount of features for cost. Warehouse teams enjoy simple yet sufficient features. Management enjoys admin functions and easy of tools implementations.
Cons: CRM lacks sales cycle tools and common features. Lack custom forms feature and across the board on/off tool settings. Minimal app integrations.
Overall: Overall we’re very pleased with SalesBinder. It’s ironic how it’s named SalesBinder, yet it lacks a solid Sales Team Facing CRM. It soars as an inventory management ERP, and the team loves that… well the warehouse team. Give us a few CRM improvements and you have yourself a champ!
