Pros: Sales Buzz covers 95% of the business needs. It is very user-friendly software. The support team is very good. The new design is effective.
Cons: There is no documents for setups and business cycle. There is a need for a user manual.

Pros: The advantage is that it is web enabled (web application). Good user experience and very easy to use on the APK and back office.
Cons: Could integrate with AI and Machine learning experience, that could recommend extra items to sell to the clients according to their patterns and behavior.
