Skoolee is a school management information system (SMIS) that helps educational institutions to manage their student, teacher, and course data and processes. It runs locally, as a web application on the Internet, or as a mobile app.
Skoolee’s main processes are student application, admissions, registration, class enrollment, examination, grades, transcripts, absence, merits, assessment, deliberation, records, time tables, fees, accounts, extracurricular activities, health, bus transportation, payroll, accounting, data aggregation, reporting, and statistical analysis. Skoolee offers portals for students, teachers, staff, and parents. Being modular and multilingual, Skoolee SMIS allows for flexible configurations and deployments, and runs with diverse curricula.
Skoolee accommodates the work of a single school or a multi-branch school, where the multi-branch version processes local, regional, and head office aggregation of data, and manages internal communication at those levels.
