Pros: We love everything about Siteimprove. We use it daily and it does the job of multiple people - we have a small team and it's like having another team member because it does so much. We use it to find things from broken links and misspelled words all the way to ADA compliance violations - it even gives you code examples on how to address the issues. All around amazing product!

Cons: It does everything we need, so absolutely zero complaints from us.

Overall: We have used Siteimprove for over 10 years and we use it daily. It does SO MUCH heavy lifting that we consider it a co-worker. We use it for ADA compliance checking, quality assurance, custom policies for smoking out code or content, and so much more that I can't begin to explain it all. It is amazing and the customer service has always been top notch. We have used their services for ADA auditing and their information was a huge help.
