Pros: - The ease of creating challenges and approving content
- SocialLadder has recently added several new challenges including conversion / milestone related ones that we've seen success with.
- My account representative has been wonderful and attentive!

Cons: - A lack of community communication amongst the ambassadors
- The payout process for ambassadors is not ideal. We've experienced several issues with it.

Overall: Overall, I've really enjoyed using SocialLadder! It's user friendly on both the administrative side and the user side and we've received great feedback from our ambassadors.

Pros: Lots of options of how you can run your program thanks to a system with a lot to offer and support team that will help your program grow!

Cons: On occasion the system can be a little bit slow, that's my only complaint!

Overall: Overall, LOVE SocialLadder! The team is wonderful and they are willing to grow with you as your programs do!

Pros: SocialLadder was the perfect solution to help our company expand our Brand Ambassador program. We were doing all communication, contracts, and reviews manually and SocialLadder let us be able to do all of this in one place. This makes it very easy to keep track of everything being produced and all of the campaigns we have available. They also have a way to organize all Ambassadors and Campaigns based off a tagging system which helped us refine the system.

We have even started implementing SocialLadder for an internal employee program!

Cons: Reporting could use a little bit of help in being able to pull all social stats into one report that is easy to export and digest. And this can be said about how we customize the ambassadors and what they produce for us, along with the stats tied along with it.

We have also run into a handful of minor bugs and set-up issues that make payouts a bit complicated.

Overall: Overall, SocialLadder has really helped us organize and expand our Brand Ambassador program. Our Account Manager has been very helpful in all aspects and they have always been quick and ready to help with any issue we run into.

Pros: One thing that I love about SocialLadder is that it offers creators tools to enhance their work within our app. They can get content ideas through challenges on SocialLadder, win points by completing said challenges and eventually turn those points into cash. This not only incentivizes them to interact with the platform more, but also to perform certain behaviors on our app which is a total win win!

Cons: Implementing a new software will always come with a learning curve and there have been some users who have had trouble logging into Social Ladder but our Account Manager, Meredith, and the support team have been a huge help in addressing this.

Overall: It's been great! Meredith and Mark have been so helpful getting this off the ground for us and we appreciate them so much!

Pros: It's the best platform for ambassadors to feel a gamified experience within the brand experience! Most platforms are only for finding new ambassadors, but this place has it ALL... truly.

Cons: Nothing I don't like, it has been the best thing for our brand.

Overall: It's been incredible to find a platform where our hundreds of creators can be incentivized to engage.

Pros: Easy access to create challenges and rewards.
Easy navigation to review challenges and pull reports.
Additional tech support.

Cons: Sometimes the website lags and the ambassadors sometimes have issues connecting their social accounts but the tech team is usually very responsive to these issues.

Overall: Overall my experience with social ladder has been amazing and I cannot thank Meredith enough all the time and work she puts into making our ambassador program grow to new heights!

Overall: Have had a good experience with the SocialLadder team - the interface works for scaling & managing a Brand Ambassador program & was extremely quick & intuitive to get started with. Would recommend for those looking for an automated management solution.

The admin platform for SocialLadder is straightforward and easy to navigate, allowing for efficient management of our brand ambassador program. The intuitive design has significantly reduced the learning curve for our team, enabling us to focus on maximizing the program's effectiveness rather than grappling with complex interfaces.

Cons: Challenges with Data Reporting:
While the app is user-friendly, pulling comprehensive reports and gaining detailed user data can be challenging on SocialLadder. The reporting functionality is not as straightforward as desired, and improvements in this area would greatly enhance the platform's utility. Streamlining the reporting process would provide a more insightful analysis of the program's performance.

Inconsistent Social Tracking:
One of the notable downsides we've encountered is the inconsistency in social tracking accuracy. There have been instances where the tracking metrics do not align with the actual engagement and reach of our brand ambassadors. A more reliable and precise social tracking system would be beneficial for ensuring accurate performance evaluation and strategic decision-making.
