Pros: I particularly like Synthesys. It has a good range of characters. Unlike many others, Synthesys has characters with wonderful movements.
The avatars move by hand and their gestures are precise, the most real of all.
The clothes of the characters are according to the work of each one.
The Synthesys Panel is good and very easy, in addition to great-looking colors and backgrounds.
It has the option to send Photos and replace the face of the avatar. Multiple languages supported in text to speech.
Uploading the audio UPLOAD file is seamless and rendering is very fast.
I believe they informed me that there will be updates soon and they are working on it.
About the support, I have no complaints, on the contrary, I was well attended and very fast, with a lot of education and flexibility. Support Good.Cons: I think they should invest a little in the sound, the rest is really good and I recommend it.
Overall: Creating a talking avatar for my business website and also for my clients without complications.

Pros: There were some good ai modules that allowed for the reproduction of text in a somewhat convincing manner.
Cons: The customer support is horrible, they are rude and unresponsive. The model barely updates, and no features worth mentioning.
Overall: It is deeply disheartening to observe that unlike other products offered on Appsumo, such as Taskade, which continuously strive to improve and evolve, the development and progress of Synthesys seems to have come to a standstill following its initial sales success. Instead of focusing on enhancing and expanding the capabilities of the software, the company has shifted its attention to creating additional "deals" and charging customers extra fees for added features. This lack of development and improvement is extremely frustrating, as it leaves users feeling as though the software remains stuck in a beta phase, even months after its initial release. It is imperative that the company re-focuses its efforts on improving and expanding the capabilities of the software, in order to provide customers with the level of service and value they expect and deserve.

First of all, thank you for your feedback. We take all our customer’s feedback very seriously as it helps us improve our existing products and services. We would like to clarify a few things. Based solely on customer feedback, we switched from a credit-based model to a subscription-based model in which we provide all the features of the product for a very competitive monthly/annual fee. Not only that, we have been very transparent about the upcoming updates and improvements being made to our products through our email newsletters, announcements on our Facebook group as well as our roadmap site. Most of our users are a part of the Facebook group and roadmap portal and constantly provide valuable inputs and suggestions that can help us improve our products. What we find confusing about your review is that you mentioned we have deals and are charging for upgrades, however, when we checked, you had purchased the Monthly plan of our Audio Synthesys Studio product on November 14, 2022, which does not have any upsells or upgrades. Also, to maintain complete transparency, we clearly mention on our refund policy page that we provide a 7-day money back guarantee which is applicable only to the initial purchase and subscription rebills are non-refundable. However, our support team can be contacted anytime to get the subscription cancelled and cease further billing. Even though our refund terms clearly state the rebills are non-refundable, our support team member refunded the latest charge as a goodwill gesture as we did not want to see you disappointed. We never received a cancellation request from you before your first contact with us on January 15, 2023. It is also not commonly seen that someone contacts support first claiming that they haven’t purchased the product in the first place and that they are being billed fraudulently. When provided with proof of purchase and evidence of the product being used, state that they haven’t used the product beyond the first month and hence, should not be charged for the subsequent months. If we had been contacted before the first rebill happened, we would have surely cancelled your subscription and you wouldn’t have been billed. Cons: Needs more diversity.
Racial and ethnic actors, and voices, are severely lacking.Overall: So far, the rendering process is faster and more reliable than ever. The overall quality has exceeded expectations.
