    Pros: I have been with eBillity for well over 10 years and their customer service wasn't always that great. But today, we had an issue with our QuickBooks syncing. While it took a while to figure things out, Patrick was super helpful and stayed with me until it was solved. Everything is working and I appreciated his helpfulness. Thank you, Patrick!

    Pros: He responds very quickly. Always asks questions to better understand and help me. If he cannot find the answer, he is humble enough to let me know that he needs to get help from his Tech Team. Out of the 4 years that I've dealt with him, there was only one time that I had to figure it out for myself

    Cons: There are quite a few things I would change about the system itself (report options, expense issues to name a few).

    Overall: It is refreshing to hit the help button and have someone there within seconds and not have to go through a series of questions with a bot system that isn't even helpful in the end. Like I stated in the Title - Patrick is Dependable!

    Pros: I always get connected to Patrick right away. He fixes most of my sync issues and gets me help if there are any technical questions.

    Cons: I find it hard at times to change time entries for our employees. The system keeps overriding my $$ charges.

    Pros: The customer service for this company is THE BEST! Always response, they always find a solution. even if it takes them hours. This incident did not!

    Cons: There are a few things I wish could change, but they are too minor to worry about. Basically, anything that has been a point of frustration has been fixed or worked around by this amazing team.

    Overall: We had to reinstall eBillity with QuickBooks yesterday and a certain aspect of it came back differently that would have been a nightmare for our time sheets. Patrick fixed it in 60 seconds, once he understood the problem.

    Pros: The "chat with an agent" is a great way to get help. I chatted with Patrick today and he helped me with my issue quickly and easy.

    Pros: Great product for time keeping and the recent updates and reporting capabilities have really helped. I can see the company doing future expansions and adding features.

    Cons: One thing I wish was an option would be the ability to print all timesheets at once rather than having to go to each employee and print them. Another feature would be to move the worker access tab to the same tabs available when creating a new job. It is cumbersome to set up a job then save and close it and then open it in a different section to allow worker access. If it was all part of the Add a Job tabs, it would simplify the process.

    Overall: We've had Time Tracker for over 6 years and have been pleased with it. We are able utilize it for many reports and of course payroll.

    Pros: Excellent support received from Kelly today during a billing issue. She quickly identified and resolved the issue.

    Cons: There are some quirks with the product and limitations.

    Overall: Generally a good timekeeper and billing product. Comparable to others used over the past 20 years. We use it on a daily basis. There are a few limitations and quirks that we run into but that’s typical with most products.

    Pros: Great communication from customer service - especially Kelly. Really enjoy being able to access help via online chat.

    Cons: Not much assistance when searching on the web. Would appreciate some sort of training videos.

    Overall: Easy software to use, efficient - good reporting.
    Kelly was especially helpful when we lost our sync access with Reckon Hosted - process to get it fixed took a while and was definitely not something we could have done on our own.

    Cons: I chatted with someone else (Patrick) and he left the chat with no help.

    Cons: Interface is a little dated and pricing seems to have jumped somewhat drastically over the years.

    Pros: Just had another great experience with their help team. I have had 1-2 problems a year... and the team is usually available within a few minutes and always keeps working on it until it is fixed.

    Cons: All good I have had a few glitches but they were solved quickly.

    Overall: Very good - no issues, but a little annoying that the force you to fill in boxes on their review site .....I tried to leave this box blank. Not allowed!

    "You get what you pay for"

    Pros: The price is great and it says it is DCAA-compliant. It works to get setup for tracking time and as they say, you get what you pay for.

    Cons: Constant issues with billing where people who were removed as employees and had their seat/license revoked are being added back into a seat/license and still being billed for.

    Constant software updates and patches that are pushed out that overwrite your settings like adding new employees and the defaults aren't applied, adding a project in QuickBooks and when it syncs, it is pushed to people who don't have access to all customers. or like what just happened, Auto-Sync has always been enabled since day 1 and now all of a sudden, it hadn't synced for 15 days.

    Chatting with customer support on the phone or through the chat feature can be a chore as they don't always listen to what you are telling them. This has been an issue on multiple ocassions

    Overall: Overall the software works for the most part. There are all the bugs and issues we have had but it is working for what we need at the moment and is affordable but as soon as I can find another option to go with we may make the move, even if it costs us more money

    "Couldn't be easier! Issue fix within minutes"

    Pros: Patrick is the best, each time I've contacted him I get an immediate response, and each time its been fixed in under 5 mins. Not saying it will be that easy all the time and for everyone, but in my case its amazing! Makes my job easier to have a great person on the other end fixing what is not due to Time Tracker! Best customer support I've dealt with in years!

    Cons: I have ZERO complaints, can't complain about wait time, or Patrick's knowledge of the system, and his ability to fix an error quickly, actually my only complaint is they want so many words used to do this review, like an essay back in high school HA!

    Overall: Keep up the good work, we appreciate you being so quick and help, and super patient when its no fault of Time Tracker.

    "eBillity Time Tracker/QB sync problem resolved!"

    Pros: I was having a problem with QB and eBillity Time Tracker syncing to run payroll and Kelly (via online chat) was able to immediately identify the issue, send me a link to solve the problem so I was able to finish processing payroll timely.

    Cons: None at the moment. I use this as the administrator to review timecards and run payroll in QB. I have not heard any complaints from the other users, either.

    Overall: I've only been working for the company I'm working for for less than a year, therefore only have used this program for that same time. I'm an administrator and use it to review timecards, then sync with QB and run payroll. So far, so good!

    Pros: I had a fantastic experience with the eBillity support agent today! She was incredibly efficient and went above and beyond to assist me in finding a new employee in the system. Not only did she provide quick and clear instructions, but she also conducted a screen share to pinpoint and resolve the issue right away. Her expertise and willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for the excellent support!

    Cons: Flawless support session! eBillity is a bit confusing to me at times, the flow seems slow and clunky.

    Overall: Support was great and I have recommended a couple of clients to eBillity through the years because it works so well with QBO. Just wish set up was smoother.
