    Pros: *Excellent Price point for Small to Medium Companies
    *Multiple sensors can be setup easily monitor different aspects of your network
    *Support is top notch, response time very quick
    *Quickly create reports

    Cons: I don't really have any issues, Program works as advertised.

    Overall: I would recommend this product for the following reasons: Cost, Ease of use, Sales/Support interaction.

    Pros: Monitoring site uptime, site load time visibility, advanced waterfall reporting, API Monitoring, email notifications.

    Cons: Web based application works flawlessly, unable to think of any con at this time.

    Overall: Great cost effective service for monitoring our sites and getting advanced waterfall reporting for object load times.
