The score is determined by calculating an aggregate of goal success rates, goal duration times, critical paths, page load times, server, network and browser times etc. Our anomaly detection algorithms detect and alert for drops in the score, and identify the root cause.

    Pros: Valuable and insightful web tracking and insights that allow you to get a detailed view on the operations of your web platforms with deep level user insights, tracking and helpful alerts.
    Quick to integrate, great account management and a well rounded view of your day to day operations that allow you piece of mind that the user experiences you are providing are the best they can be.

    Cons: Platform can be a little dense, hard to unpick some levels of insights until you are fully up to speed with the use of the tool.

    Overall: Great experience. The Webeyez team do a great job onboarding and helping you to unpick/ understand any potential issues, great real time monitoring and insightful reporting.

    Pros: Easy way to track and identify bugs, issues. Real time notifications alerts you to potential issues. Incredibly customizable with a team that provides great support and feedback.

    Cons: Not always intuitive, definitely needs training and experience. At times can be buggy.

    Overall: Overall Webeyez is a great tool for diagnosing bugs, trouble shooting issues, providing reports and real time notifications to detect issues. They also offer a ton of customizability which is great and new features even help reduce friction points in real time.

    "Great platform for improving website performance"

    Pros: Very easy to use with so many different tools for improving the performance of the website. The ability to drill down and target what sessions to review and what areas of the site to work on are key.

    Cons: There is so much data available it can sometimes be difficult to know where to start. The lost revenue analysis can sometimes over/under estimate (although I realise this is very difficult to quantify.

    Overall: Really happy to recommend this as a great system to help find issues on a website and suggest areas of improvement. We are very happy customers.

    Pros: Webeyez has an impressive set of features, excellent customer support and competitive pricing, putting in the same league as products like Full Story, etc.

    Cons: Not much bad things to say, I'm sceptical about the accuracy of "lost revenue" estimates as I imagine that would complex/difficult to measure.

    Overall: Working with Webeyez was overall a pleasure, and definitely turned out to be a capable product with a lot of practical use.

    Pros: Webeyez allows me to fine tune my checkout process for the customers and even raises alerts when I have issues regarding customer checkout behavior throughout their online shopping.

    Cons: The platform is a lot to take in just to start, but after a couple of weeks, you are fully adapted into learning the ins & the outs of the different features.

    Overall: Overall, I am very fond of Webeyez! The support, the insight, the metrics and the recording features of customer's shopping behavior are huge in terms of understanding the way shoppers navigate your site!
