Overall: I have been using icCube for about 8 months now and have seen great improvements in stability over time. The learning curve for MDX is quite steep but after that you can create some beautiful visualisations that are customers really appreciate.

Pros: The tool is very flexible. We could provide most of our use cases.
The technical support from icCube is excellent. We had several issues (infrastructure, data modelling, creating reports etc.) and we always got support and help support in a really short time.

Cons: Upgrades that required rebuilding all the existing dashboards . The tool is very technical, getting into it takes lots of time and in the end Self Service BI for a broader user base is hard to implement.

Overall: We are now having 8 years of good experience with icCube, could implement most of the required use cases and are having mostly happy users.

Pros: As Iccube is for me the first dashboarding tool I used, I don't have anything to compare it too. So I'll sum up the things I like about using the product.

UI/UX Design: While it looks modern, I find it often difficult to find some features as it's hidden behind multiple clicks or in unexpected places.

Pros: We are very content with the quick response and help we get from icCube in to optimally integrate icCube into our own products and SaaS infrastructure.
We are also very pleased with the ability to deeply embed the analytic capabilities into our data and customize dashboards to fit the UI/UX of our application.

Cons: The product constantly evolves which is great, however in this process we sometimes run into QA challenges to keep the product up to date in our own product lifecycle. icCube does however deliver good support to fix any issues asap.

Overall: Steep learning curve, very positive responses from our end users that are pleased with the intuitive dashboards.

Pros: icCube is easy to deploy and maintain, either in its standard deployment version or the containerized one. After an easy deployment it is a breeze to configure with the import feature and a simple web interface.

Cons: The software can be very resource heavy, although to be fair it is expected of a product that crunches data and then has to answer to requests about said data.

Overall: I have a very positive experience working with icCube and seeing all the progress that the product has made during my time using it. Every new version brings fixes and upgrades to the software and if something is unclear the Support Team is amazing. I am looking forward to continue working with this product in the future.

Overall: When we determined that Tableau and similar products could not meet our need we had to create a new type of analytics product in our market. This task was made much easier by our decision to partner with icCube. They have become the cornerstone around which our product is built.

Pros: Truly flexible platform both for the diversity of usable data sources and for the power and speed of processing. It is a system that allows you to easily embedding graphs and dashboards transparently into your product and is easily "expandable" with your own themes and plugins. There are a lot of prebuilt very excellent graphs and dashboard creation is very intuitive and easy to achieve even with complex scenario. Good as supports responsive layout. The native alerting and pdf report generation function is very interesting. Support is fantastic, they give you very good suggestions on how to achieve the expected result.

Cons: Some parts of the documentation of some features and behaviors are still missing (but support is very good and you can ask for everything) and the filter components can be improved. It lacks a slight control of the behavior of the dashboards a little more advanced (for example dynamically show or hide a chart and its space depending on some selections). The repeater layout is not responsive. It would be very convenient to have a complete API interface for managing reports/alerts.

Overall: In my opinion icCube is the best solution for a very powerful Embedded Analytics, it is continuously improving; i've been using and embedding in our software platform since 2020 with really satisfied customer due to the flexibility in data building and dashboard building.

Pros: icCube is a flexible Data Mining solution with comprehensive features, perfectly suited for integration into SaaS applications.

Cons: As a user/administrator, I have not encountered any issues with the solution, so I have nothing specific to report as cons.

Overall: icCube is a flexible solution that perfectly meets our need for a Data Mining tool to support our time reporting system.

Pros: Sometime ago we got our first icCube based solution ready in less that 2 weeks. ease of use, and really fast to market, its Real-time all the way from the server side to the drag and drop powered charting library.
It works wonder with small team that needs to deliver consistent results fast.

Cons: In the future, it would be nice to have an app store or a market store to deploy new plugins and or sample+reports ready to use.

Overall: My default go to analytics engine. It can run standalone or embedded into your application or service in no time.
Love the speed and also love the support of the team.

Pros: Everything is there to start producing reports with nice rendering, already providing a lot of visualization choices. icCube also allow you to develop your own custom widgets and themes (TypeScript/JavaScript) so that everything is possible! The support team is always reachable, willing to help and efficient. icCube is constantly solving problems for us. Either by helping/showing us how to do something or by developing specific solutions they then share with every customer.

Cons: From cube design to nice final reports through security and performance tuning, there's a lot of things to handle, but it's the case with any such complete and performant solution.

Overall: We've used icCube for years to perform specialized healthcare analytics.
Integrating with our existing solution was very easy and I can't emphasize enough the quality of support provided by the icCube staff.
