Dear all,

we are happy to announce the pre-release of fpocket 2. In this slightly modified version of fpocket you'll be able to enjoy new features like the new druggability score implemented into fpocket or mdpocket to track cavities and channels on molecular dynamics trajctories.

A GUI is in preparation for the fpocket package. The goal is to make easier the execution of fpocket and the vizualisation and extraction of results.

One will be able to manage a PDB library, run fpocket on a single or on multiple PDBs of the library, and visualize both 3D pockets and associated descriptors for each PDB available.
