[PyMOL] Distance btw polypeptide molecules

Hi pymol users,
I want to create a pdb file that contains two polypeptide molecules. And 
create a distance between them, i.e move one relative to the other. Can i do 
this in Pymol?
Please i'll appreciate any help with this.
