Hi Ooker - As I understand it, you want to overlay a line to show which part of the surface belongs to which residue. There is currently no way to do this directly within PyMOL. However, is possible to achieve something similar using multiple layers in a composite image. See this previous thread: https://www.mail-archive.com/pym...@li.../msg12281.html I’ve also just created a page on the PyMOL Wiki with an example: http://www.pymolwiki.org/index.php/Outline Hope that helps. I have thought about making a new object of the residue and tried to find a command similar to: set label_outline_color, black but I can't find one. Do you have any ideas? Thank you so much. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Want fast and easy access to all the code in your enterprise?
