Code updated.

There were a few errors in the physical model of the concentration field of secreted chemokine surrounding each cell, together with a few coding errors. All have been corrected, the model refitted, and all simulations presented in the paper repeated.

Results from this corrected model are on par with the published results. See pdf file for details.
