The product is great for us mainframe users who have use Xedit for many years.
I don't understand the guy that gave it a 'thumbs down' because it was stated that it is "OS Independent". This is delivered in source. How much more "OS Independent" can you get???

Unclear how to install in Kubuntu 25.05. Support stinks for open source software.

Saves me from using vim on Linux. Lots of versatility with Rexx/Regina macro language. Been using for over 25 years.

Coming from XEdit/REXX background (IBM VM/CMS) via KEdit/PersonalREXX (DOS, Win) (Mansfield Software group) to THE and Regina REXX. Still one of the best editors around. The only thing missing, though not trivial to implement I fear, is unicode support. I prefer the old CUI TUI text mode interface.

Same reasons. I used Xedit for years and am familiar with this territory in THE. Now I write .the macros all the time.
