  • The download is only the files for the website. Contrary to the write-up, there is no obvious documentation. The downloader is left to guess at how to set this up, what needs to be configured, and what to do when things go wrong. I created a website on my local IIS server that supports PHP and MySQL. As soon as I loaded the INDEX.PHP the application crashed miserably. I can only assume that there's other configuration steps that it needs that I didn't know to do. Skip this one. Its not complete -- at least as of this writing.
  • Can be a Better App with Few Changes..
  • PHD is looking like it will become a solid ticketing system. Still some way to go to turn it into Numara Track-It! Helpdesk software or any other big help desk software.
