  • We never dismiss any effort; all advancements are good. Yet this fork in full automation mode i.e. walk-away-from-PC/Radio mode with no input from the op - risks FT8 and FT4 being disavowed from DXCC. There is an arrogant mindset out there that a contact must have direct human interaction at some stage of the contact cycle to be DXCC worthy. Let's level the playing field and perfect CW machine TX and reliable RX before we head in the "walk away and forget" direction .... Sorry folks ... from the people that manage and maintain resources to learn about and research the "under the hood" aspects of the JT-modes.
  • Using the "Z" since a long time now, great job! Today i successfully installed Z for the first time with Linux Mint 22.1 Xia on an old Thinkpad! And after the mandantory "dialout" and other settings it works for the first time for me. This moment together with FLRIG as combination but really fine. 73s DK3JW Dirk
  • WSJT-Z is great! But when I try to install the latest version 2.7.0-1.48 my Windows says that the software contains PUA:Win32/PACKUNWAN .
  • I would like to extend a big thank you and congratulations to Tom for this latest version. I recognize that all the additional features are the result of many hours of hard work. As I am paralyzed from the neck down, double-clicking on small areas of the screen can be quite challenging for me. Therefore, the auto-call feature has allowed me to participate in the fun. I also enjoy the band hopping feature, even if it can be a bit erratic at times. Please continue the great work! Mike 2E0UMF
  • When i try to install latest version windows defender: this file contains a virus !! Please check this, more hams are complaining.
