I downloaded and installed the program. Numerous warnings and database errors with fields being missing. Don't know if the move to Ver. 3 broke what used to work but this is pretty shaky. I'll be uninstalling it. Not an intuitive way of adding a new admin user. It should be a one screen deal and done kind of thing.
