same problem here

i used WAMP server to run it and it worked great, just remember to import the database file and renaming the config file, i had some trouble logging in but after applying the update in the downloads section it was working fine on my cpanel

you have to open the .TAR with winrar or other compressing software and extract the contents

as you can see my whole company name doesnt display, if i can add the company logo at the top left corner that would be great
