It seems so from a quick test...
Just a simple question: is it possible to set Threshold: 0 UP/DWN to make Coffee FORCE PC to never enter Sleep mode?
Yes I know that bug too (and BTW, it doesn't happen on Win95: mouse click skips the intro there. I wasn't able to find a MS-ACT possible shim to apply there). The only workaround is to remove/rename the file LOGO.AVI and PBALLRLE.AVI to skip the Cinematronics/Maxis intro.
a) bug fixed! Adding another fix with MS-ACT: KeepWindowOnMonitor I don't think b) is fixable. The program ( = tables exe files) seems buggy and forgets to set any color for the fake fullscreen window it opens. With Full Tilt! 1.0 fullscreen (F4) was fine and had correct black borders and background.

FULL TILT Uh! So... it looks like I reinvented the wheel... Just found this discussion with Google, while looking for a solution to the only 2 bugs I have with "Full Tilt!" 1.1: a) the game window opens partially out of screen on the left (2560x1600) (fixed! See below) b) fullscreen has no black borders/background like in 1.0 :( The game runs without DxWnd, but with the two bugs mentioned above. You have to set as shims: (see the attached pic) For the Registry issues with corrupt keys when you relaunch...
