I didn't update the help file for Firefox because I didn't download new versions of Tor Browser from torproject.org. If you want to intercept a program at startup you don't need an AdvOR.ini from the Help directory. Read AdvOR.html for more information on how to intercept a program if you don't want to change its proxy settings.
