With over 277 locations across the country, the brand offers prescriptions, OTC medications, online ordering, and home delivery—blending convenience with care.
At the beginning of 2025, Farmacia Simán set out to tackle a key challenge: improving the profitability of its digital media activations. Although campaign performance throughout 2024 had remained steady, the internal team recognized a critical opportunity to streamline and automize campaign set-ups to maximize ROI.

Just one month after launch, Farmacia Simán began seeing remarkable results. In their retention campaigns, ROI increased by over 50%, CTR doubled, and CPO dropped by 50%, highlighting significantly improved budget efficiency.
On the traffic side, their campaigns delivered even stronger performance. ROI rose by more than 80%, CTR surged by 175%, and CPO dropped by 70%, clearly outperforming past traffic campaigns.
