The platform is very easy to navigate and use. I've had times where a manager has followed the link to the notes and be able to get AI summaries & use all the features without me having to explain anything to them.

The notetaking itself, we've found, is very accurate considering our interviews are in person. We've tried other options that have really struggled with multiple people in the same meeting room using one microphone.

We were initially skeptical of the product, but it was typical for anyone new to using AI at work. We used Metaview within the HR team and eventually rolled it out to the testing business users. Now, we offer the tool to everyone in our organization! We kept getting praise about how easy it was to use Metaview and how easy it was to mold the raw scripts into the format that we would find helpful. Another highlight is the Metaview team - we had a great experience with the Sales Manager and then the Implementation Manager. Metaview is an absolute recruitment game changer in my eyes. The time it saves to detail word by word concise notes and translate the notes into various categories to easily relay to a hiring manager makes life much easier. I wish I had this tool 10 years ago.
