Not sure if I'm reviewing a company or their primary product (Enterprise). I'll focus primarily on the product. Customization is the product's signature feature. Once you understand how the product works, you can really get creative and come up with some unique solutions. I like how I can tailor it with views and have control over layouts to customize the data entry experience. Getting the product up and running is a heavy lift and a long road. There are so many layers involved and there's no way you can understand what the product can do for you when you're at the start of that road. I've been using the product for 20 years (10 years as the Admin) and I feel it's only been the last 6-7 years where I truly understand things. Knowing what I know now, I would certainly do some things differently. While the product can be easily customized for your on-screen experience, the opposite is true if you want that experience to translate to a document that is client facing. I can create a simple Word Merge Template that looks great; however, our client facing documents rarely fall into the "simple" category. So we commission someone to create Crystal Reports or a more complex Word Merge Template. The results are typically pretty good; however, they do come at a price. I've found that once they're complete and in use for a few months, we typically want change something so it's back to the drawing board. Ultimately, I want to be able to do this myself and change them once a week if I want but it requires a skill set that I don't have and hasn't been made user friendly by Momentus. It's gotten better but there's plenty of room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
