"Expensive crap"
What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Automatically creating nightly budgets for hotel stays Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

1) Customer service never resolves issues with flight bookings. 2) Navan doesn’t have access to all of the flights, leading to limited options and more expensive flights vs booking directly (I’m literally stirring at British Airways website asking about booking a flight, but Navan says he doesn’t see it). 3) Navan routinely splits reservations into two one way tickets instead of a round trip and doesn’t tell me - sometimes with different airlines vs keeping it with one airline and using a codeshare flight; this complicates flight changes greatly because I don’t know which airline holds the ticket 4) I am not able to use the benefits of my status when this happens and it’s a surprise when I can’t (I want to use AA miles for an upgrade, but then I’m informed that is not an AA codeshare flight with BA, it’s a direct BA ticket so my AA miles and upgrade requests don’t apply. This is the WORST surprise that shouldn’t happen but i am counting on upgrading a flight so I can get some sleep on an international flight 5) Navan flights are more expensive 80% of the time for the same itinerary vs booking directly with airlines.
