"Game-Changer for Efficient Prospecting"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks has completely transformed how I approach outbound calls. The power dialer saves me hours each week by eliminating downtime between dials, letting me focus on meaningful conversations instead of waiting for connections. I love how intuitive and easy it is to use, and the ability to track performance in real time keeps me motivated and on target. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There’s not much to dislike, but I’ve noticed occasional glitches with call connections or slight lags when switching between features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks: amplifying my strengths"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks has an intuitive UI that I was able to understand and get up to speed with quickly. It quickly became my dialer of choice, I use it for hours everyday and have seen multiple useful features rolled out on the past few months. I particularly love the AI call summaries and love that I get quick responses regarding any feature requests when I think of stuff. It feels like Nooks really cares, which just furthers my love for the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Some of nooks strengths are also its downsides. Speed of dialing can make it hard. My main gripes are small feature glitched, like:

- when I mark someone as "left company" on their first phone number, it still calls their additional phone numbers

- Smart lists overriding other call dispositions... calling people who I have since marked bad fit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"s"
What do you like best about Nooks?

The most helpful aspect of Nooks is its AI-powered functionality. The AI call summaries and automated note-taking are incredibly useful, saving a ton of time that would otherwise be spent on manual data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I found the training provided to be a bit lacking, and it seemed the product person wasn't fully aware of all the different ways to use the platform. For example, a simple but essential feature like the "one-off call" was something I discovered on my own, which was much easier for making quick, unscheduled calls. "Streamlining Calling For The Sales Team"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks has absolutely changed how I do my outreach. Allowing me to review all information and dial a large number of contacts in just a few minutes.

Whenever there are glitches, the Nooks team is on top of it to make sure I can get back on the phones as soon as possible.

I also think the waterfall phone number enrichment is extremely helpful. It might be the best feature. My CRM does not always pull a phone number, but when I enrich the phone numbers on Nooks, it always pulls a number for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There have been a few glitches in the system and sometimes it does not pick up that someone answered the phone until it is too late, which then I am not able to speak with the prospect.

Whenever there are glitches though, the Nooks team is on top of it to make sure I can get back on the phones as soon as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I wouldn't be able to book nearly as many meetings without Nooks!"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks allows me to make 100+ dials in less than an hour. Gone are the days of dialing all day long. I appreciate the ability to have all the prospects information populate in front of me upon them answering , equipping me for every conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I wish that you could hear the prospect in the call recordings, but I know there's not much we can do to change that due to state laws. Sometimes you can't hear the person on the other side say "hello" and have to assume they already said it, which can result in talking over them sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Auto Dialler I’ve used so far"
What do you like best about Nooks?

At my current company we used to use Orum as our dialler but would always have issues with connectivity, connect rates, and always issues with the lag time when connecting to a prospect. Once we moved and tested Nooks we found that all of the above were improved immensely. The UI was also a big upgrade and the feature set that Nooks comes with is much more rich and impressive as well as helpful for day to day use. The reporting aspect of Nooks is very detailed and goes in depth a lot more than Orum. Would highly recommend it to other organizations looking to find a sales tool such as Nooks. What do you dislike about Nooks?

Honestly speaking there isn’t anything that I would say I dislike about it at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience using nooks"
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like best about Nooks is that it takes care of the busywork dialing, notes, and tracking so I can just focus on the actual conversations or on doing something else simultaneously while waiting for someone to pick up. The parallel dialing and real-time coaching make outreach faster and smarter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

One thing I dislike is that the integration between Nooks and Outreach could be smoother, and sometimes it marks a live conversation as a voicemail when it’s not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product easy to use but lacks some features"
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like best about Nooks as an ADR is how it streamlines and energizes my calling process. The structured call blocks keep me focused and accountable, while the real-time collaboration lets me see who else is dialing, share quick tips, and get motivation from the team. I also love that all the tools I need—CRM, dialer, and notes—are integrated in one place, so I’m not constantly switching tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Occasionally, the real-time collaboration can be distracting if side chats or discussions pull focus from calling. And like any software, there can be occasional glitches or lag that slow down workflow, though those are usually temporary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer"
What do you like best about Nooks?

The efficiency of dialing well above and beyond my KPIs. Nooks makes it simple to hit high activity numbers without sacrificing quality, and it keeps me focused and productive throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Occasionally there can be minor glitches or delays, but they’re rare and usually resolved quickly. I’d also love to see even more integrations to make the workflow completely seamless across all of our tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Less Clicks More Connects"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks takes the friction out of every BDR's most important daily task; the cold call. Since adopting Nooks our sales teams makes 2.5x more weekly dials and has been booking more meetings than ever. Their team was extremely helpful and responsive as we onboarded the tool and got us up and sprinting quickly. I use this tool every day and can't imagine life without it - the ai notes taker is life saver and has helped me catch client emails and accelerated the information sharing process post call. I love this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I would love if there was an integration between nooks ai note taker and our CRM - it does so with Outreach but if we could be capturing these notes in Salesforce that would be a massive value add to our sales org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
