"Support is honestly terrible and the software is at best poor"

What do you like best about OneSignal?

Its offer for omnichannel coms is exciting as a business owener who has 3 apps across web and mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSignal?

The support is terrible, the platform 'works' but quite literally only just, and I am ver anxious about migrating our marketing channels over to a compnay that offers little to know support. We have a team of developers as well, so, so far we have wasted lots of time trying to intergrate with a platform that literally has not interest in your business. I can overcome the techncical challenges but I dont think i can overcome the lack in support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
