What do you like best about Opus?

Everything has a place! The teams at Opus have made navigating this new system so easy. Transitioning from our old system has cut done on time overall. Where it would take me minutes to do previous tasks, I can literally complete them in seconds now! And the chat is great! I needed help with an issue earlier today actually and it was resolved within just a few minutes, thank you Justine! Oh and the badges /alerts! What do you dislike about Opus?

What do you like best about Opus?

After our first month with Opus, it’s time for a little look back (and a cautious glance forward) at our journey with Opus. True to any tech adventure, it's been smooth sailing, a few storms, and a handful of “uh, that’s new” moments. One thing we’ve got to hand to Opus: it just works. No drama, no fuss—just smooth sailing (most days). From adding insurance and finding appointments to setting up alerts and chatting with support, Opus made it all feel seamless—like it actually wants to make our lives easier (and honestly, we appreciate that). What could be better:

Billing & Hours = More Headaches

While Opus has made some processes smoother, billing therapists and tracking hours has actually gotten trickier. What used to be simple now takes a bit more clicking, guessing, and double-checking.

Calendar Learning Curve

The online calendar has a unique style—which is a nice way of saying it took a minute (or several) to get the hang of. Once we adjusted, it was manageable, but the transition wasn’t exactly intuitive.

Insurance & Billing Setup Woes

Unfortunately, the initial setup by the Opus team missed the mark. Insurance and billing info was entered incorrectly, which meant we had to go in and manually fix client details ourselves—not exactly the time-saver we were hoping for.

However, the OPUS team has been superb in making sure our questions have been answered, our needs were met, and our "needs a little work moments" were as few as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Opus?

One of the main reasons we switched to Opus was for their customer service and technical support. It has been a game changer for clinicians to be able to reach out for support on their own and receive the help and training they need quickly. There is no waiting on hold, getting shuttled around to different departments, or long wait times! In the world of healthcare, that is unheard of!

Opus runs extremely smoothly and consistently. They are also always open to ideas about how to make the software better. We love it. We onboarded 17 clinicians recently when we switched to Opus and the onboarding was painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Opus?

OPUS allows providers to easily and thoroughly document everything having to do with a patient, from billing information to personal data, to progress notes, OPUS does it all. Whether you're in the medical field or the mental health field OPUS has you covered. It has become a part of my daily routine I couldn't live without. What do you like best about Opus?

The entire OPUS team is incredibly professional with a thorough and personalized attention to detail.  Their ability to customize their platform to the unique needs of our practice was unlike any other EHR we had encountered in the mental health industry.  Furthermore, their integrated CRM was one of their most appealing features, as it would allow us to track a client from their first phone call to final session.  Amazing!! In the end we opted to stay with our current EHR only because of the complexities within our own team. OPUS had provided everything we were looking for and had gone above and beyond to provide us with assurances that what we needed, they could provide. What do you like best about Opus?

Our company of 60-70 people was initially hesitant to switch EHR systems, given past experiences with companies that overpromised and underdelivered. However, OPUS has proven to be effective, considerate, and trustworthy. They patiently addressed every question and concern from our team before we committed to their services.

Their software is user-friendly and intuitive, as demonstrated in every demo. I am not aware of any other company that can match OPUS's combination of EHR and CRM capabilities, along with its endless customization options to meet your practice's specific needs, whether it's feature requests or specific reports.

They were also honest about requests that were not immediately feasible or would require costly customization, which helped us trust them even more.

What do you like best about Opus?

I love using Opus because it is so customizable and easy to use. I use Opus every day and I love that it's easy to implement and integrate new workflows and documents. I just recently worked with John Jay Catipon from Opus, and he helped me to set up two new user accounts with the e-Prescribe feature added. He guided me through the entire process and made it seamless and easy. The Opus customer support team is awesome, and they are always here to assist when needed. What do you dislike about Opus?
