We have really enjoyed making this EHR work seamlessly for our agency. The expansive customizations have improved our workflows substantially. The support team has been extremely helpful and they do not try to limit our changes to how the program works for us. Language barrier with the customer support team can be challenging. Problems are typically best addressed via email and showing them examples of changes you would like to take place. EHR Your Way customer support is extrememly helpful. They are quick to respond and will always schedule a meeting with me if I do not understand what they are needing from me to make a correction. EHRYW is very user friendly with the building of forms and reports. Writing progress notes and treatment plans happens quickly for me due to the check box options. Some converting to different programs has been difficult. We had a lot of documents from our previous notes system that had to be uploaded and the process was not quick. While it got done, the transitionary period was difficult. Additionally, there are some "rules" with the forms and reports that cannot be adjusted to our needs; however, we are making it work. EHR Your Way is very customizable, which makes it easy to adapt the system to fit the way our organization works. The interface is fairly intuitive once you get the hang of it, and having everything from scheduling to billing in one place is convenient. The flexibility can feel overwhelming at first, so there’s definitely a learning curve. It’s also better suited for mid-sized or larger practices since smaller teams might find the cost a bit high. It's a very easy to use and functional EHR platform. My favorite part is the auto population abilities. Intake forms auto populating onto the assessments and progress notes makes writing progress notes and assessments so easy and saves me so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much I necessarily dislike, but a couple places that could improve the platform would be the following:

1. The ability to track notes and paperwork that needs to be done

What I like best about EHR Your Way is how well it meets our needs as a nonprofit. The pricing makes it an affordable option for us, while still providing the flexibility to customize reports so we can track and measure what matters most. What I dislike about EHR Your Way is that the consistency in resolving issues directly through the system can sometimes be uneven, and certain parts of the program are not as intuitive as I would prefer. It is flexible and adjustable and has many features making it ideal for our multiple programs. I use it every working day to document client contacts. The EHR Your Way system is catered to our specific practice so that it accommodates the unique needs of our clients and therapists. We use this system for every aspect of our practice, so having things exactly the way that we need to them to be and having the customer support necessary to make that happen is critical. The EHR staff made the transition easy, the system easier to use than what we had previously, and has integrated easily the systems that we needed in place to be fully functional.
