I wish there was a small introductory course because when we would ultimately have to call customer support the support was difficult to understand. However EHR Your Way definitely cut down on our admin tasks because of how streamlined our process was, so it's a small remark in the grand scheme of our daily operations. What do you like best about EHR Your Way?

I'm the clinical director of a grant-funded, school-based mental health clinic. I chose to invest in EHR Your Way for its customizable options -- we didn't need features that were main selling points for other EHR systems (e.g., billing, claims management, etc) and we did need features that weren't available in most major systems (e.g., supervisor approval of notes, specific reports that scored assessments, etc). EHR Your Way made all of this customization so simple and their implementation team was incredibly responsive. I think I'd recommend EHR Your Way just based on their stellar customer support!
