What do you like best about Attentive?

The platform is so clean and easy to use. We have had a great team at Attentive that offer valuable recommendations and are quick to get back to us when we have questions. I love their new AI sms suggestions as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Attentive allows us to easily collect customer data, and disseminate information, promotions, and campaigns to new and existing customers. It is a huge driver of our success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use and interface is excellent! Love the performance analytics dashboard and that it's so easy to control segments and create unique journeys for every customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The helpdesk integration could use work. If photos could be sent through to email and customer information was attached to tickets that come through the integration, this would be extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
