I've been using AiSDR for a bit over a month now and am very pleased with the platform, team support and results. Before starting, our outbound engine was struggling with email+LI and taking up a ton of effort+time. It's only been a month and we've already seen an increase in reply rates, decrease in bounce rates, and booked a handful of meetings. Nothing I dislike at this point to be honest. For anyone looking to get started I will say three points of advice:
1) Treat the AI as if it's an actual SDR. It needs to be trained and ramped the same way a human would. The more effort you put into it's enablement early on, the more success you will have.
2) Give it time - I like that they offer month to month subscription so it's easy to get started, but don't expect to see tons of meetings booked in the first couple weeks. Again, consider it like a ramping human SDR in that sense.
3) While AiSDR is very autonomous, I still recommend monitoring it regularly to make sure it continues to target the right prospects and messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
