What do you like best about AiSDR?

The ability to personalize on mass outbound campaigns.

Multiple campaigns running simultaneously.

Multiple ai tools that you can select from for it to draft emails

Easy to set up

One can set up persona's specific to campaigns and the ai will follow that for each campaign and contact.

Support from dedicated customer success manager is really great, they are an extension of you.

Use the system daily when I am not focused on ABM and it looks like you can use the tool for ABM as well.

Easily integrated to existing crms like hubspot.

Once it learns and after 6 weeks it is very good as long as you match the personas correctly expect multiple meetings or responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

The reporting metrics can be better and some settings can also be better but getting there slowly.

One cant see how far a campaign has gone which really leaves you in limbo. Good marketing and way to keep the client in for the long run if you ask me. I should have though of it myself.

When replying it doesnt take into account the new contact but just the original contact

What do you like best about AiSDR?

If you have done this manually yourself you will know that it takes weeks to do this, significant cost and time and about 6-8 separate systems (New domains, Email, mail automations, warmup inbox, Linkedin, Zoom, apollo, salesloft, CRM, an LLM for email and message personalisation and a ton of manual work) combined manually with Zapier to build out a full cold email and linked outreach workflow and AI Automation...This tool does it all in 1!

Seriously if you are doing cold outreach manually and without this you are wasting a lot of time and money!

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

You can use multiple LinkedIn accounts by having team members connect their own accounts, then select multiple senders per campaign. For Calendly, each team member can connect their own calendar, though each campaign uses one specific meeting link.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

AiSDR was been brought into the business as a new strategy with the departure of our SDRs via promotion or new ventures. After simple onboarding and integration, it has provided an astounding level of personalisation at speed, something our SDR team would have struggled to match and all of this has come at a fair price. I am optimistic we can see real business benefit with this technology.

However, the most impressive aspect has been the continuous support from the AiSDR team, with special recognition to Yaryna. She has guided us through the onboarding process and has delivered us campaigns that align with our sales strategy and as a project owner, I could not be more thankful. The onboarding process has been very smooth. Tetiana, our rep, has been fantastic — quick to respond, willing to hop on training calls, and really helpful in guiding our team through setup. AiSDR delivers outstanding performance in lead generation and cold outreach. The platform demonstrates a high level of precision in identifying relevant leads and crafting high-quality cold messages.

In one recent campaign, nearly 4% of recipients responded — the majority with neutral or positive interest — after only 309 emails were sent. This strong engagement rate speaks to the effectiveness of the system.

We chose to continue the conversation manually after receiving a response, as it allows us to provide more accurate and detailed feedback. What do you like best about AiSDR?

- All the features I need to cover the outbound process from end to end is under one roof making it easy to spin up and launch new campaigns in 30-60 minutes.

- Great messages personalization, esp. after a few recent updates

- Amazing support team (shoutout to Anastasiia) helping with simple questions as well as consulting on the best ways to use the platform to achieve better campaign results

What do you like best about AiSDR?

What I like most about AiSDR is that it takes care of the sorting for us. It reviews our inbound leads, flags the ones worth reaching out to, and sends messages. It even adjusts the tone based on the lead and drops memes in for good measure. We've also tested several of the built-in AI models: one for SMBs and one for bigger accounts. What do you dislike about AiSDR?

Right now, you can’t fully adjust message intervals (like send Day 1, wait 3 days, send again). Sequences are semi-locked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

I've been using AiSDR for a bit over a month now and am very pleased with the platform, team support and results. Before starting, our outbound engine was struggling with email+LI and taking up a ton of effort+time. It's only been a month and we've already seen an increase in reply rates, decrease in bounce rates, and booked a handful of meetings. What do you dislike about AiSDR?

Nothing I dislike at this point to be honest. For anyone looking to get started I will say three points of advice:

1) Treat the AI as if it's an actual SDR. It needs to be trained and ramped the same way a human would. The more effort you put into it's enablement early on, the more success you will have.

2) Give it time - I like that they offer month to month subscription so it's easy to get started, but don't expect to see tons of meetings booked in the first couple weeks. Again, consider it like a ramping human SDR in that sense.

3) While AiSDR is very autonomous, I still recommend monitoring it regularly to make sure it continues to target the right prospects and messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

We sell auth tools to security engineers. They rarely fill out forms or respond to generic emails. AiSDR spots them when they engage with things like changelogs or switch roles, then reaches out with the right message. If a conversation goes cold, it picks it back up without sounding robotic or automated. LinkedIn is baked in, everything syncs cleanly with HubSpot, and the fact we even get a GTM engineer still feels unreal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We intentionally stay out of deeper workflow logic to avoid breaking existing automation or creating conflicts with custom GTM setups.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

The LinkedIn signal feature might be my favorite right now. I set it to watch for people who like my competitors' posts, and I’ve been getting 2 or 3 demos a week just from that. It took maybe 15 minutes to set up, then it synced with HubSpot and it's been running ever since. We no longer have to manually check out who's active, and the best part, the replies make complete sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
