What do you like best about AlertMedia?

It’s very easy to use and makes sure everyone gets important updates quickly through phone or email. The customer support team is always responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference. AlertMedia Review: Reliable, Fast, and Incredibly User-Friendly

We've been using AlertMedia for our emergency communication and employee safety needs, and it has truly exceeded our expectations. The platform is intuitive, easy to implement, and provides peace of mind knowing we can instantly communicate with our team in any situation—whether it's a weather alert, system outage, or a critical security update.

One of the standout features is the multi-channel communication—we can reach employees via text, email, voice, app push notifications, and even Slack, ensuring important messages aren’t missed. The real-time threat intelligence and location-based alerts help us act quickly and keep our people informed and safe, no matter where they are.

Customer support is also top-notch. The AlertMedia team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping organizations succeed.

What do you like best about AlertMedia?

While the ease of use is still a great asset, the different alerts that can be subscribed to, create a lot of redundancy with multiple other services (most of which are free). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlertMedia?

Too many alerts! The administrators within my company have chosen to subscribe to weather alerts based on individual employee residences. Since our employees live in a wide area in two states, weather alerts are overbearing and alert everyone. That means I get weather alerts from up to 100 miles from my location. We’re glad to hear our intuitive platform has made emergency communication easier. We recognize that weather alerts across broad geographic areas can feel overwhelming, which is why alerts can be refined using severity and subcategory settings. Many customers also choose to disable third-party weather alerts in certain areas and rely solely on our in-house meteorologist team for real-time coverage of major weather systems. They also publish forecasting a Daily Global Severe Weather Report. Our Customer Success team would be happy to help fine-tune these settings so you receive the most meaningful alerts!

What do you like best about AlertMedia?

Having used many other products, I can honestly say that AlertMedia's platform is one of the most intuitive out there. It's straightforward and easy to use whether you are a light user or a full-blown admin. I hear time and again from users how easy it is to navigate and execute alerts.

The other area where AlertMedia really excels is in customer service. Whether it be calling or emailing support or working with our CSM, it has become abundantly clear that AlertMedia is fully focused on delivering excellent customer support, ensuring we are heard and quickly finding a solution to our challenges. What do you dislike about AlertMedia?

You have very little ability to sort and identify groups of people (users) within the AlertMedia platform. You are only able to search my individual user name, and I can't use other search terms beyond first or last name. What do you like best about AlertMedia?

AlertMedia is easy to use and offers a variety of features. The customer support at all levels has been amazing. I've had great support from simple questions to technical issues with implementation of new features. I like how easy it is to integrate AlertMedia into our emergency preparedness and threat assessment programs. I've been impressed with the response to customer comments related to platform improvements, enhancements, and service options. AlertMedia makes incident response fast and seamless. The platform is incredibly easy to use during high-stress situations .
