Our company first started using Alivo last year. We were introduced to Max, who was absolutely amazing on figuring out what our needs were, and he helped us implement effortlessly. After implementation, we worked to refine the language and after a few iterations, it was like Alivo was one of our sales team members. It always knew how to respond, and it automatically followed up (which sales members might not do lol). I would say it has definitely helped drive conversions, especially for those leads that clicked to book but forgot or got distracted. In this day and age, timeliness is key to sales so glad we have this feature on our website.
In terms of my favorite part of Alivo, it's the customer support. Whenever an issue arises, they usually respond within the hour. In addition, the Alivo team takes my feedback very seriously. At first, Alivo considered clicking the link to book, a "conversion", so it stopped following up with the lead after this link was clicked. However, often times, someone would click the link but not book an appointment (maybe were just curious, forgot to do it, etc.). The Alivo team took my feedback and figured out a way to "follow" the lead all the way through our booking site, Calendly. Now it follows up routinely until that appointment is booked and in our internal system. Another example was implementing a voice feature, so it could talk to leads when they called in. Although early in the process, it definitely has potential and has helped book 2-3 appointments for us after hours already. My hopes are it becomes smart enough to be our full time agent lol

This is not Alivo's fault at all but people still crave that human interaction, especially for large ticket items like cabinets. So sometimes when a person calls in and hears its AI generated, they immediately hang up. This might change over time as people become more AI friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
