When my job became remote during the pandemic, I needed a convenient and affordable fax option. I was not eager to purchase my own fax machine, as the cost would not be reimbursed back to me, and there would not be much use for it outside of my job. Fax.plus was affordable and very easy to use. I love how I can use it across my laptop and my Android smart phone, and how it interfaces with email. I use it very frequently with my job, and have the added benefit of using the app when I am away from my home office, too, if needed. Start-up and understanding how to use the service was very simple - the thing that took the most time was adding the different fax numbers. I very rarely have needed any customer service help, but on the occassions when I have reached out, I have always received prompt and helpful service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
