"It does what it is supposed to"
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

It was very easy to set up, port existing numbers, and deploy to users. The cost is affordable compared to many other cloud solutions and is far better than physical devices. Support is always responsive and helpful. We currently have just over 200 users using the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

My only dislike is how it tracks usage. If three people are monitoring a line and a five-page fax is delivered, it counts as 15 pages used. I would much prefer that it be counted as just five pages. It just makes us more conscious of how many people are assigned to actual fax lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease of use to be able to send hundreds of faxes."
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

Ease of use of the UI to send out faxes. There aren't a lot of features that bloat the UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

Sending limitation of 500. Import limitation of 1000. Not being able to customize faxes with first/last name or contact metadata. The most annoying part is the errors when attempting to import aren't explicit as to why something failed. I'd like to know exactly why something failed - typically this resulted in me going through the CSV in batches to try and find the error which was typically a phone number too long or too short.

It also seems like the font or formatting of the spreadsheet can cause an error/failure to import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Well Documented API"
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

The multiple sources of guides and documentation were helpful in getting set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

I found a couple spots where I would get an error code returned, but no error text. I had to contact support to sort it out, it all made sense and they were very helpful, but we could have saved a support ticket with improved error responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and user-friendly"
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

I have used Fax.Plus for several years in my tax business. It's necessary for me to have a fax number for various reasons. Fax.Plus is much less expensive than paying for a land line. I like that they gave me a fax number with my local area code. They send me an email each time a fax comes in or is successfully transmitted. It's been very reliable, and the price is right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

I haven't disliked anything about Fax.Plus. It meets my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fax Plus Ease of Use"
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

The Fax.Plus platform makes it very easy for all of our staff to send faxes from their Outlook client. As the IT Administrator, I rarely have to be involved, as the product just works.

When reaching out to Fax.Plus support, I always receive a timely response that usually fixes our problems.

Fax.Plus integrates seemlessly into our Entra ID, provisioning user account automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

So far, I have found no downsides to Fax.Plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Disappointed"
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

There is a HIPAA compliant option is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

After being a customer for years, I am very disappointed in how they handled my recent complaint. This is the second time they have made a billing error which I could not resolve directly with their customer service team. I would not recommend them to others. "Fax.Plus Easy and Simple"
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

Fax.Plus is an excellent product for the casual user or for the small business that is relying on smart phones to be mobile, but still need a way to send a fax for supplies, confirmation of signed documents or has a limited need to fax. As an senior individual with only smartphones at home this is exactly how I use the application, to send signed documents to building suppliers and my health care insurer. The registration was simple and straight forward. The security includes 2FA TOTP, and the customer service help messages are nearly instantenious. The convience of the website and the mobile app automatically syncing all my faxes in one place is exactly how I like to organize my work, when at home and on the go. Thank you Fax.Plus for making such a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

There really isn't anything that I'm unhappy with about the service, website, or mobile app. The only thing to consider is if a low cost monthly plan for individuals who fax less than 10 pages per month could be created. I'd be willing to pay $1.99/month or $15/year for that plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great and simple service. And that's all it needs to be."
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

It's a great and cheap service that allows you to have a fax line. We normally used this for getting documents from doctors offices that refused to email or didn't have a secure email portal.

When we decided to start a private practice, we had to get a HIPAA-compliant phone system, and as part of that, FAX is included. Getting rid of Fax Plus was just a consequence of feature bundling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

The price slowly crept up. The sweet spot was definitely around 5/mo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
